We love hosting dogs! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. Please send me a message to let us know!

You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
☆We recommend bringing all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied

Late check-out fees may apply if you are ANYWHERE on premises after 11AM. Please respect the hosts' and crew's schedule (which is extremely strict). Crew can/will enter the premises anytime after check-out.

In the desert, bugs are a fact of life. Even though we have the house cleaned after each guest, and use environmentally friendly ways of mitigating pests where possible, critters can't be avoided from breaking in. This includes in the house and outside - it's out of our control. Refunds cannot be given for bugs.

SoCal is also home to coyotes, snakes, and scorpions, to name a few. Although we have had no issues with any of the above, you must be careful especially with dogs.

In 29 Palms, the entire city runs on septic. Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet - it really helps us maintain our septic system.

Cowboy Pool: Please note that we are in the dustiest place on earth. There is a 100% chance that there will be dust/sand/dirt in them despite our cleaning. Please also note that the water in 29 Palms is high in chromium-6. This can cause the water to not be crystal clear. Do not fill up the stock tank if you are uncomfortable with this.

LIABILITY WAIVER - By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the cowboy pool, hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the cowboy pool and hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless.
