¡Este piso es la más nueva de nuestras pequeñas gemas del Caribe! La unidad ha sido completamente remodelada, incluyendo todas las cocinas, baños, pisos, cortinas, muebles, alfombras y ropa de cama. Incluye dos televisores de pantalla plana montados en la pared de pantalla grande, así como un nuevo juego de comedor de mimbre para todo clima al aire libre.

Este piso se encuentra a 20 yardas de las hermosas aguas turquesas del Caribe. ¡Tienes vistas completamente despejadas del borde de las aguas! Salga del patio cubierto hacia la arena y relájese en una de las tumbonas ubicadas frente a la unidad. Esta unidad está ubicada en el centro de una de las mejores playas para nadar en St. Thomas Hay una red de voleibol para disfrutar de un juego o simplemente relajarse bajo uno de los hermosos árboles en la orilla del agua tomando un cóctel helado. La vista desde el patio es impresionante mientras escucha las olas rompiendo cerca. Esta unidad también se encuentra a pocos pasos de la piscina de dos niveles con vista al océano.

El piso está ubicado en Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. Sapphire Beach es una de las playas más hermosas de la isla y el snorkel es excelente en todo el complejo. The property description says, "The unit has been completely remodelled throughout including all new kitchen, bathroom, floor tiles, drapes, furniture, natural carpets and bedding." This unit is in rough shape. A quick Google search finds the sale listing from around 2010 showing the unit looked exactly the same back then. Very misrepresented listing.

The condo was poorly maintained. The place stunk of cat urine like maybe the people before us had let cats in. Everything was falling apart like cabinets and microwave. The mattress felt like something from a diplay in macys and had to be 20 years old it was also stained like someone bled all over it. There were literal bowls and old water bottles under the bed. The was no key to the back door, which was never told to us until i called. I dont know who managed this propery but do better. For what i spent i would give this way less than 2 stars but cant beat the view.

We have been staying at sapphire beach foa 13 years. This is the worst place we've stayed. I would not recommend this unit.

Communication was best with using the phone and not text. Aside from that - we loved the location of the unit! Walked in to a fresh & clean smelling condo. That was cooled with one of the best AC units we have ever encountered at a beach! Not loud & worked perfect! Be aware that this location is where all the weddings and people wanting to take pictures is. Literally! We would sit outside and a photographer and families would be out there. And if the condo loungers and chairs - these people will come and sit on them & use them. Had one wedding when we returned from an outing - they used the loungers to put their food and clothes on! Weird!Only con was the bathroom toilet sounds like the plumbing needs updating. We did have to call to get it fixed once during the stay and that was done without us even in the condo. That was cool! Did not interfere with the day. Even the Sarah desert dust didn’t deter us from snorkeling twice a day every day! Been in many vrbos with a little more stocked kitchen but this one had everything we needed to use. (Except a spatula! lol. If we were closer to a shop I would have added it to their kitchenware collection. lol) great cookware otherwise.We had a very good stay! Snorkeling and peace - heaven. Being our third year to ST - we plan on returning as many times as we are able!

Great location

Great location. We got to watch 3 weddings right in front of the unit. Updates needed to unit like cabinetry peeling curtains have to be situated just right to block out the light. 2 hair dryers provided and one did not work, while the other blows cold air. Needless to say i had to go buy my own. Body wash, Shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower. Other than that was a great trip

Rough bartender and security guards

We have stayed here multiple times before - this time the pool was closed and we were only able to use it 1 day. The location is beautiful but between the grouchy bartender at the restaurant and the security guards who stare at every move you make and are unfriendly when they do speak to you- it made for a different trip this time. If the condo complex had more pleasant staff it would be a huge plus for everyone. The gift shop And coffee shop ladies were lovely.

Best location in Sapphire Beach Resort

Located on the bottom floor in building C. Easy walk to restaurant & bar but further enough away not to be crowded or hear the noise. Situated behind the most photogenic view from the condos. Beautiful palm trees framing a view of blue water and islands in the distance. You can have chairs set up on the beach each day. Red Hook with many restaurants and ferry to St John is a short taxi ride away.

Great location, dated furnishings.

Location was perfect, just steps from the beach and plenty to do on site. The furnishings appear to be well used and poorly maintained. Drawers and closet doors barely stay shut. Any laminated cabinetry is peeling, not a single remote worked and a couple light bulbs burnt out. Simple things that could be easily remedied if given the proper care. Probably in line for the price and location, but will look for something a bit more refined next time.

Pack your plunger

Went for our son’s wedding. Condo location is awesome however the curtains in the place really need to be replaced. They were only hanging on by a few clips. Our toilet overflowed on Friday night at 9:30. Called the property manager then and had to leave VM. The plunger was old and the handle was broken off. Had to use the towels they provided to clean up the mess.Called the property manager early Saturday morning 3 times. Had to leave VM. I also called the Host who told me to call property manager. Could not use the toilet for 17 hours. When property manager finally answered she said I found out about it late last night and she had to beg maintenance to come fix it as it was Saturday. He finally came and it was fixed at 3:00. Wedding was at 5. We paid a lot of money for this place. This is unacceptable!Bottom line just bring a plunger!!!

Great Location...BUT...

Could not have asked for a better location. Right on the beach and offered everything a rental should but...the maintenance of the unit is poor. It is livable but for the cost some effort should be spent on the upkeep of an aging unit. No hot water in one of the bath faucets, kitchen faucet loose and sprayer broken, toilet parts clogged from age and loud, drapes falling apart, cabinets peeling their skin, shower head ending its life, room dividers do not work. Owner should spend more money on repairs rather than pretty things. But, the location makes up for a lot of disappointment.

Perfect location on beach

This condo is in the middle of the beach. Pool on one side and coffee shop, bar and restaurant on the other. Great location on Sapphire beach! The condo needs up dated. Needs new curtains on the sliding glass doors. Cabinets are peeling and need a little glue. Needs new Shower curtain rod as it Keeps falling down. This unit has no where to hang wet swimming suits and wet towels. No beach towels in unit. These are minor things with an easy fix. Also Needs emergency lighting that kicks on when power goes out.

Beautiful View

The view and access to the beach is amazing! The condo was clean and effcient. The bed headboard/frame, really needs to be fixed or replaced. The partical board is falling apart. The condo has not been updated but it is clean and really everything you need. I would stay again.

My family and I fell in love with St. Thomas and Sapphire Beach when we first visited it on a Carribean cruise in August of 2010. We knew we wanted return. In January of 2011 we made a return trip to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We stayed at Sapphire Beach and knew we wanted to own a piece of this paradise. We purchased our first unit a month later and just this year (March, 2012) purchased our second unit. Both units are gorgeous and we are so happy to share our piece of this paradise with you!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This flat is one of two of our 'Gems of the Carribean'. This unit is a one bedroom, 1 bath (sleeps 4). Our other unit onsite is a two story Villa with 1 bedroom, 2 baths (sleeps 6). Both units are gorgeous and decorated to provide a relaxing vacation atmosphere.
