Please note that there are no blackout shades in the several suites of home, so some light may come through in the early morning from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 10 guests. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.

The fireplace is decorative and not for guest use at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to repair this issue.

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
