THE SPACE

Step inside to soaring open-beam cathedral ceilings, a grand two-story great room, and the warmth of a gas fireplace. The main level features an open-concept floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen areas flowing seamlessly together.

• Primary suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath (walk-in shower)
• Upstairs guest room with queen bed
• Upstairs guest room with two twin beds
• Loft area with queen pull-out couch and smart TV
• 2.5 bathrooms total (2 full, 1 half)

The kitchen is a chef’s delight with Hickory cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, work island, pantry, and drip coffee maker.

The carport provides easy kitchen access, while a gravel path leads down to the field and fire pit area. New EV charger. Please let us know if you are bringing an EV and would like to us the EV charger for a one-time fee.
