Summary:
This dreamy escape is ready to welcome you and your family or friends for an intimate intentional time away together. This property is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and provides plenty of entertainment for anyone who comes to enjoy this corner unit with a private view. A PWC (jet ski) slip included with rental.
The Space:
There is a fully kitchen stocked for use including a coffee bar.
Dining & living room is all brand new furniture & supplies. Play games with the family in this space or enjoy meals together. The couch does pull out into a queen sleeping area, sheets, blankets, etc provided. The master bedroom has a queen bedroom & ensuite bathroom stocked with soaps & brand new towels. The secondary bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed as well as a twin sized trundle available to use. New sheets, pillows, blankets provided. The porch offers a serene quiet & secluded view of the cove, with a table and a fire pit for a quiet night cap without leaving the home. There is a propane grill located for use in the entry hallway. There is a PWC (jet ski)slip. There is plenty of free parking.
Guest Access:
You will have your own private access code that will be activated at 4pm the day of check in and deactivated at 10am the day of check out.
The Neighborhood:
Lighthouse Resort provides plenty to do for anyone! Heated pool, being located in a cove theres a swimming platform that is safe and away from the heavy traffic from boats.
Other Things to Note:
Parking:
There is a large free parking area. Park where you please at Lighthouse Landing or if you need more parking you can also use Lighthouse Pointe parking at the top of the hill.
Holiday weekends:
Only 2 vehicles permitted & require a parking pass to be in vehicle at all times, if you do not have a parking pass you may be towed at your expense. The parking passes must be returned upon checkout or you will be charged $250 per pass. To reclaim your vehicle if it is towed contact.
Trailer Parking:
There is no trailer parking allowed at Lighthouse Landing. Any trailers parked at Lighthouse Landing will be towed at your expense. To reclaim your trailer if it is towed you must call the number on the posted sign
Rules: Absolutely no smoking in/on/near the property, any evidence of smoking or vaping will be an additional $250 fine. There is no glass allowed by the pool. Quiet hours are 10:30p-9a. All swimming is done at your own risk & children must always be accompanied by an adult. There is a zero tolerance for pets, a $250 fee will be applied if there is evidence of a pet being brought to the property.
