El interior de la casa tiene suelos de mármol, dos baños, cocina con encimera de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, muebles nuevos y la electrónica.

El patio trasero cuenta con una piscina climatizada, mesa y sillas de patio, sillones, barbacoa y un Tiki Hut para que se relaje. El muelle es privado con acceso directo al Océano Atlántico.

Si viajas durante el verano te recomiendo que te quedes principalmente a la sombra. Pero no se preocupe, el Tiki Hut le mantendrá al menos 15 grados más fresco para que pueda disfrutar indefinidamente de la hermosa naturaleza.

Tenemos todo tipo de equipos para adultos y niños: bicicletas, sillas de playa, sombrilla de playa, raquetas de tenis, equipo de pesca, cochecito para niños, Pack'n Play, trona, juguetes.

Pompano Beach se encuentra a 7 minutos en coche.

Beautiful home on the waterway! Would definitely stay again.

Great clean neighborhood! We loved the iguanas that sunned on the deck every morning. We also loved fishing off the dock and caught 2 fish! The location was great for day trips to Miami, beaches, and the Everglades. I would recommend a few more skillets for cooking though. It was challenging to make breakfast for my 4 teens with one skillet. Other than that, all was great! We appreciate and used the bikes, beach gear, and fishing gear. Wonderful memories were made thanks so much!

Spring break was fantastic!

Well maintained clean house. Great pool and deck. Comfortable beds. Great place to stay when traveling with an infant. 2 miles from the beach. We brought our kayaks and went down the channels.

The home was absolutely perfect. I agree with previous reviewers, even nicer than the pictures. Everything was spotless and nicely done. Diana and Ioan are amazing hosts. You can really see that they take great pride in their rental home, and work hard to ensure every detail is perfect. All of the special touches really showed how hard they try to ensure a great holiday. A little fresh bag of coffee at the coffee maker, tooth paste in each bathroom, a couple of beers in the fridge. Really nice touches. The home is small, but perfectly layed out. Great fun sitting on the dock catching fish and crabs. It was our first time staying right on the intracoastal, and it is definitely a fabulous experience. Ioan and Diana even took our whole family for a couple of boat rides that were very special, and VERY exciting at times. If you are thinking of a home in this area, this is the one, you will not be disappointed. Thanks for a great trip!

Lovely Home!!

This home is as pictured! We had a Great time staying in this home. There is everything you need to have an enjoyable stay including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler if you want to spend a day at the beach! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful vacation home. It is clean, comfortable, and located on a canal in a lovely residential neighborhood We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a day of exploring the local sights I definitely would rent this property again It is truly a home away from home

Great place

Great place to relax, great location! Enjoyed morning coffee in the tiki hut watching the iguanas! Our highlight of the trip was a spur of the moment boat ride that your family took us on looking at Christmas lights along the Intracoastal! Definitely recommend this vacation rental to others. House had beach chairs, bikes and was very clean — can’t say enough about this place! Would definitely come back!

Great getaway!

We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving and it had everything we needed! The owners were nice and easy to work with and the location is very close to Lauderdale - By- The - Sea town square! Really clean and quiet area!

Just like pictured!

This place is just as beautiful as it is in the pictures! Stayed here for 9 days in total and it was perfect. Everything was clean and having that stripmall with walmart so closeby was great. Upon check-in Diana provided all the information necessary for a great stay, and even if something came up, she was always lightning fast with a response! Definitely a 5 star from us, we would not hesitate in renting this place again.

WONDERFUL PROPERTY !!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was very nice and refreshing on a hot day. We met Diana's husband who was kind enough to take us for a ride on his boat and show us some of the scenery from the water. Watching the iguana's on the deck in the daytime was very entertaining and we even caught a few fish from the dock. The beach and many restaurants were a short drive away. If you are looking for a great place to stay where you have your own private house and pool I would highly recommend this home. You won't be disappointed with this rental.

Everything is great in this house !! So clean to the arrival !!! Bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed. 2 bathrooms well appointed too !!! Oh, the kitchen.. Wonderfull !!! Big fridge, cook top great, dishwasher great.. You can't find anything wrong in this house.. Very quiet, heated pool, wonderful.. Kids love !!!! You can fish, you can catch blue crabs (we did it !!! Crabs like chicken..), neighbors quiet.. Good restaurants around and many stores for shopping.. Ideal.. Owners so kind and always available whatever you need.. In the garden, there's a bbq and a tiki, lovely.. Not too demanding usually but there i came across something very good !! The only negative is that i can not stay any longer !!!! Near Miami, great position.. Hope we'll be able to come next year.. Waiting for that..

Relaxing & quiet - just what we were looking for.

Loved the house, the pool, and being so close to the canal and town. The house was well equiped & the beds were comfortable. The iguanas were fun to watch as they paraded by on the docks. The only negative was the bugs. We didn't bring bug spray but was able to get some in town. I would highly recommend this house.

Extremely clean, very comfortable, and just like the pictures!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we needed and more. Excellent location with easy access everywhere we went. Working with Diana was the best vacation rental experience we have ever had, and we have rented at 20 or more. Highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay again!

Beautifully updated home in nice location

The house was very clean with modern, up-to-date amenities, exactly as pictured and described. The pool was great, my kids (2 & 4) had a blast. We went to the beach in the morning (15ish min drive), and pool was for PM fun. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within a walking distance. Well done!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Wonderful time in the sun!

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful house situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Sitting on a canal with a lovely private pool outside the back door was just ideal. The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The place was also incredibly clean and neat. Diana was such a wonderful host and was very responsive to any question we had. Her check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and the wifi was excellent. Highly recommend this location and hope to go there again soon! thank you so much, Diana!

The location makes it easy to get to many places. The pool and tiki hut are awesome, the only thing missing is a cook and butler lol
