Wildlife Sightings: Elk, deer, coyotes and bears occasionally roam near the property—please admire them from a distance and do not leave food outside.

Downtown Convenience: While the condo offers a tranquil riverside setting, it's also in the heart of downtown Estes Park, where you’ll find charming shops, restaurants, and breweries.

First Fridays: Art galleries downtown open their doors to the public from 5 PM - 7 PM every first Friday of the month. If you happen to be staying on a first Friday, you will likely hear acoustic music during this time from Aspen and Evergreen art gallery, just below the condo. I recommend you visit the galleries during these hours to take advantage of the music, wine, appetizers and art in person.
