Space heaters warm the bedrooms perfectly fine. The internet works great.

This is a nonparty or event house. That means no guests outside of your immediate group are allowed over. Go visit your friends at their place.

There is also no smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind on the property. There is a minimum $1,000.00 penalty for violating this policy.
