Este alquiler de vacaciones es perfecto para que toda la familia disfrute de las vistas de la calle del Country Club en verano y de la nieve en Winter Wonderland (a solo 30 minutos de los remontes). Esta casa cuenta con 2 niveles con múltiples espacios de vida, 2 chimeneas 2 dormitorios formales (y altillo abierto) y 2 baños y una litera adicional para dormir con 2 camas queen adicionales y 2 futones adicionales. Sus colchones y ropa de cama de calidad son para su comodidad. El propietario puede hacer arreglos para el uso del Centro de Recreación Pinetop a pedido por una tarifa adicional. He alquilado varias propiedades en todo el país a través de HomeAway y VRBO. Mi mayor experiencia es como inquilino, no como propietario, ¡así que pienso como tú! Hemos hecho todo lo posible para que este alquiler se sienta como en casa. Desde el momento en que entras, dirás: "Estamos en casa".

Desde que comenzamos a alquilar esta propiedad de Country Club Fairway en un lote de 1/2 acre, hemos aprendido algunas cosas:
1) La imagen no le hace justicia, según nuestro invitado.
2) Es como tener 2 casas en 1 porque el sonido de arriba no viaja abajo.
3) La limpieza es avisos. Está muy bien mantenido y siempre se siente fresco y nuevo.

A Stay in the Forest

We had such a nice time at this cabin. I loved the. Ack porch swing, walking the golf course in the mornings and my boys loved the game room upstairs.

Fun quiet time

We enjoyed the serenity of the porch gazing out on the golf course. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfortable. Bring board games and books- We were unable to figure out how to use downstairs tv every channel we picked said that- it was not in Subscription/or allowed or something. We were just trying to watch news or reg tv show nothing crazy and we weren’t picky.

Fun in the Pines

The property is ideally situated on the 18th fairway of the Pinetop Country Club golf course. The interior is very well done and a great casual stay. The Owner is very helpful and is available if you need her. All in all, an outstanding stay!

Such a quiet location with everything you need inside!

We will rent again! There was 9 of us from age 4 to 66 and we had a blast! We enjoyed having sleds, wood, lots of snow and plenty of room to entertain! We even found everything we needed from cooking and baking! It was very clean and well kept! Thank you

We decided to get out of the valley, and gambled it would snow. It snowed all day Christmas Eve, and we had a beautiful white Christmas! The kids loved it!

Jill's cabin is so warm and cozy and literally had everything we needed. The was plenty of room for everyone. Jill responded quickly and kindly to our texts. We highly recommend this lovely retreat!

Great Host, House, Location and Weekend!

Jill's house is clean, comfortable, spacious and very well maintained. Communication with the host was timely and professional. We had three couples stay the weekend and had 12 people for dinner Friday night. Kitchen table and back patios were plenty big for all guests. The upstairs is huge! Plenty of room for six to eight people. The downstairs master is just off the downstairs bathroom and living room with big screen TV. All had a great weekend and we would definitely stay again. Opportunities: I'm only listing these to be constructive and informative. As I said, we had a great weekend. The upstairs is open so couples have limited privacy, you won't have your own "room" as the upstairs beds are not separated by walls/doors. Also, a binder listing checkout items (what to do with towels, sheets, etc.) would be helpful. The texts, emails and calls with the host were helpful but a hard copy as we are packing and preparing to leave would be helpful. Finally, there's a learning curve using the front door lock/keypad. Not the host's fault, just a temperamental deadbolt knob that doesn't always seem to sync with the keypad. A minor inconvenience but you'll figure it out. All who stayed here would stay again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location in Pinetop CC on fairway

Easy to find cabin. Very quiet with only the sound of the wind whistling through the pines. Large remodeled property with plenty of space and bedding for a large party. Property owner was quick to resolve an issue with the cable TV. Cabin has plenty of towels and very soft, clean bedding. Both metal bedframes upstairs need replacing soon as one is shakey when you enter and exit and both are loud each time someone rolls over. For a light sleeper like myself and daughter, we found it a bit challenging to hear the metal squeak. There were ample pots/pans and supplies for cooking large meals, only suggestion would be to bring a pitcher for juice, ice tea, margaritas. We brought our own board and yard games but did notice a foosball table upstairs for entertainment. I would recommend this property to others seeking a large, quiet retreat in the pines.

Absolutely Amazing

This property is a gem. Everything about our stay was perfect. The beds are amazing! The house is beautifully decorated and so very roomy! There were 5 of us and we didn’t even have time to sit and enjoy one of the living areas! The yard with swing, fire pit, huge patio and beautiful view of the golf course is where we spent most of our time. Communication is rapid! If you want to find the perfect place to relax and unwind, look no further!! We are so looking forward to returning!!

Perfect getaway!

We had an amazing stay! Very cozy and relaxing. Loved the different hang out areas of the house. Everything from the back patio to sitting by the fireplaces. It is conveniently close to town, just a 10 minute drive. Neighborhood is great, very quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean and organized. Owner responds promptly, was very nice. We will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Spring Break Fun

We had a wonderful stay! This cabin is amazing! It is well equipped, it has everything you need. It was clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The location is incredible, beautiful lot on the golf course. We felt right at home! We would highly recommend it to families and would for sure come back. Excellent experience!!

A delightful way to spend a couple of days

It's quiet, luxurious, warm and comfortable. The owners are responsive and helpful. The property is situated in a pretty area. The neighborhood is quiet and the bathtub is beyond excellent

Lovely!

Jill's cabin feels very cozy yet provides plenty of space for family to relax and play. The huge upstairs area was wonderful for the kids to spread out and have fun. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is wonderful - it backs up to the golf course which gave the kids room to run and was beautiful. There was only the barest remnants of snow, but the kids used the sleds to try to sled anyway, and with any real snow, the sledding would be great and so convenient right out the back door. Jill was a lovely host - very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time. 😊

Gorgeous home and property!

We spent the weekend at this beautiful home to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. This home exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, very well stocked and sat on a beautiful lot with great views of the golf course. Pictures truely didn’t do it justice. Will definitely be back!

We are from Phoenix and purchased our 1st home in Pinetop with anticipation of minimal usage, however after last summer we have fallen in love with the community and the Four Seasons which lead us to the purchase this for our Extended Family and Rental Vacationers like yourself!

We have set this property up for group or multi-family enjoyment. Plenty of space for large group eating, playing games, sitting in front of a fire or watching TV.
WHAT SETS THIS PROPERY APART FROM THE OTHERS: It is competitively priced with other homes with same size, rooms, etc; but it has a 1/2 acre lot with beautiful views of the PTCC fairway. Perfectly situated off of road and the course. Large covered deck and upstairs has wonderful balcony patio. Our guest say, "the picture do not do the property justice!"

This home is on the Pinetop Country Club Fairway, so in the summer you backyard is always green in the tall pines. In the winter the fairway is a sledding, cross country skiing haven! Beautiful views year round with lots of privacy on the nearly 1/2 acre lot!
