Very nice and polite they thought of everything that you need and take very good care of our group. We loved the centralized location easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We loved our stay and the taxi service that they provided was exceptional.

The apartment is in the perfect location for walking around Athens. Very close to shopping, restaurants and many attractions. The hosts were responsive to requests and helpful with transfers to/from the airport and port. Because we are older and from previous experience, we asked about stairs into the apartment and there are about 20 /-.The host even provided fresh fruit and some food to sustain us until we could shop.A great spot!

Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. We could even see the acropolis from the window! Albi took care of our check in and check out, he was timely and extremely helpful. Great place for large family stay in Athens with an excellent location.

Wonderful Stay and Location

This is a wonderful house with five large bedrooms and five full bathrooms. It is located perfectly between the Plaka shops and the Monastiraki, with a short walk to the Parthenon. The host, Xenia, was very helpful and arranged for airport transportation for us. The rooms were very clean, and there is a nice big outdoor patio in the back. When we come back to Athens, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfection

Our group of ten had a fantastic time. We were met by two amazing young men who showed us around and answered all of our questions. When we had problems they were responsive and took care of everything. The location is perfect. Abdi was especially amazing.

Absolutely Stunning

Loved every second of this stay. Truly once in a lifetime suite surrounded by history and ruins. This is the most ideal spot to stay in Athens. Very safe and steps from picture perfect spots. We will never forget this stay.

Fantastic stay in Athens

This apartment is in a perfect location - close to all historical sites (some literally steps away), the Plaka and every good, cultural or historical experience you could want in Athens. Great Stay

Amazing apartment. Only “complaint” is that the WiFi was extremely slow. It was not easy to work online. But would definitely stay again! Host actually checked us in in person to make sure we had all the info we needed.

Awesome everything

One of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. Location was ideal for tourist. Lots of space. Beautiful patio. Great air conditioning for the summer heat. The host was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. Perfect for my family of six. Thanks so much!

Unique luxury experience

A great idea for a family vacation! Comfortable spacious separate rooms and private bathrooms each - a great living room space and a vast patio area for all of us to spend time together and relax after a busy program in the center of Athens! Fantastic location in the center of everything! All amenities provided are high quality and the house is brand new. Thank you Michael and Xenia for your help and support! Best accommodation for my group

Conveniently located in the heart of the stunning old town, the apartment is ideal for large groups or big families. All rooms are independent and offer compete privacy, while in the large living room-kitchen and in the veranda we were all together. The apartment is stylish, all furniture and bedrooms are amazing and the cleanliness in all areas was wonderful. Xenia as a unique hostess with fluent English and gave the best suggestions for everything we asked for!!! P.S. book your transfer from and to the airport with Xenia, if you want to save time and have a peace of mind with all travel arrangements

Athens at its best

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. What a beautiful, comfortable place in the perfect location. Convenient to everything we wanted to see history-wise, yet wonderful shopping and dining across the street or a few paces up the road. Thank you for your quick responses to any inquiry that we had and especially for letting us check in early on our first day. That allowed us to get an early start on our Athens adventure. Also, thank you Manos for the snacks, breakfast starts, and all the extra treats that you had waiting, so that we didn’t have to immediately run out for groceries upon our arrival. What a thoughtful gesture for us travel wearied seniors. We would highly recommend Aerides Luxury Suites!

Great location, clean, AC issues, no elevator or washing machine.

A hurried welcome without a thorough orientation. Book with details not mentioned, absence of washing machine not mentioned nor limitations of AC. Young man did carry our bags up the winding stairs. Only one floor up. This property has a unique billing feature. It has five rooms but they determine the number of rooms for your party. We had six in our party so they determined that was 3 rooms but we had teenage boy and girl who we didn't want to share a room. To open a 4th room it was an additional 50 Euros a day. They offered us a cash option at check-in to avoid VRBO charges which we declined. The irony was that the AC never worked in that room. The manager was very responsive in a timely manner but was never able to resolve the AC issue. Our grandson slept on a nice couch. The property is very clean and they provide nice starter welcoming food.It is in a great location near all the sites and provisions. There's a self laundry around the corner.

Great location with some glitches.

Great location if you want to be in the center of it all. Owner and Abdi ( the property manager) are responsive. Few issues we had while staying here: The hot and cold water in the shower area mixes in the faucet itself causing the faucet to over heat and results in burns if not extra careful. The showers are small and therefore leaves no wriggle room and eventually end up burning yourself. Every single person in our party of 10 (3yrs-70yr) got burnt. The shower and toilet plumbing emits out smells of sewer (old building with old drainage system I suppose) . Air conditioning was a problem multiple times.But was temporarily fixed. There is no clothes washer in this building like advertised. One other thing that wasn’t appreciated was that the owner made an appearance in our apartment without any heads-up and walked around taking pictures while we were all in the apartment getting breakfast fixed and getting ready for the day. Did not appreciate our privacy being invaded. But appreciate them trying to fix the problems.
