ABOUT THE SPACE
The apartment complex has onsite amenities including a rooftop deck with mountain views, pool, hot tub, gym, secured garage parking, grills, fireplace, workspaces with printers, entertainment rooms, pet washing station, complimentary coffee and tea bar plus other amenities.
THE SPACE
This fully furnished luxury apartment has a king bed, in unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating with a smart thermostat in unit, has a fully equipped large kitchen (all pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc are included), two smart TVs, desk for business travellers, and is great for short or long stays.
Very safe and central location with a secured entry into the building (You cannot enter the building without a key fob or code) with easy access to all of Boulder. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are within walking distance as well as local public transportation plus bike paths. There is a restaurant that is connected to the apartment complex as well!
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a private balcony
All utilities including high speed internet are included, optional additional fees include;
Underground attached garage parking with a designated spot is provided (There are also Electric Vehicle Charging Stations)
We are Pet friendly
Pet fee is $100 per month per pet
You have full access to all of the complex amenities!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The complex requires us to do a background check on all residents and sign a lease prior to your move in date. After we accept your reservation, we will send these to your email and must be done within 48 hours of accepting the reservation or we will have to cancel your reservation with a full refund back to you.
Cannot have any criminal history or evictions
30 days stay minimum
One applicant must be at least 22 years old
Before sending us an official reservation, please confirm the available dates
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.
