Whether it’s just the two of you or up to 6 guests can enjoy the custom 3 bedrooms and premium beds. Located 1 mile from Letchworth State Park (Mount Morris Entrance) and near Finger Lakes region, SUNY Geneseo, Wegmans and more, our home offers the perfect base for exploring the region’s natural wonders. Imagine hiking to breathtaking waterfalls, enjoying scenic drives, exploring area attractions and returning to a cozy home where you can relax and recharge during every season of the year. The house amenities include: fully stocked kitchen, newly remodeled throughout, the best variety of new beds, laundry room -full size washer and dryer. full coffee bar area with drink/wine mini fridge, large family room with couch and chairs, TV & Wifi, two large booth seats and tables, full dinner table and a double sided breakfast bar, central air conditioning and heat, first aid kit and office supplies, 5 acres of woods to hike with maintained trails, campfire ring in large back yard with starter firewood bundle, use of New York State park pass, beautiful sunsets and occasional wildlife, foosball, ring toss, table shuffleboard and a curation of board games.

For kids we have a stroller, pack n play, baby carrier, kids plates/cups/utensils and high chair available.
The house and the 5 acres and trails and woods are for your enjoyment.

Hub of happiness

The pictures of this place are really nice but the actual home is even nicer and a much bigger space than I expected. Everything is spotless and so many little details and surprises that make the stay more enjoyable. It is the Hub of happiness

Our family loved this game themed home! The house was very clean, inviting and comfortable. Our hosts thought of everything a family could need and were very communicative. There were so many amenities! The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and we all slept so well! The property grounds were well kept and had walkable trails through nature to explore. I’d recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We loved our stay here! Bethany and Brandon have put so much thought into the details of decor and hospitality. We kept finding little things that we would have never thought of that enhanced the stay. Check in was very smooth and they even had music playing when we got there. We felt welcomed and right at home. I can’t recommend it enough. We have 3 boys ages 11-17 and all 5 of us had a great time playing games, making s’mores, and just relaxing at the house.

Family reunion

Having vriwn up in the are, we were attending a famiky reunion at zketcgwirth Stat Park. The house was amazing, with amenities and games to occupy children and adults alike. Great location, beautifully and comfortably decorsted. Hosts were lovely and hsppy to share history! We will be back!

Family Thanksgiving Trip

Our stay was wonderful. The host was responsive and attentive. The property was clean, with comfortable furniture and beds, and filled with games that were enjoyed by all! I hope we have another opportunity to stay in this delightful home, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in the area.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our (brief) stay at The Hub House. The hosts were accommodating and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Having a fully stocked kitchen was an added bonus. We had fun playing the various board games (there are many). Everything about the stay was great.

The house was very clean and kept. We had a great time during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts were very kind, helpful, and willing to do whatever they could to make our stay pleasant. If we ever plan a trip in the area again it will be the first place we check for availability.

Unplug and unwind

Brandon and Bethany were more than amazing to my group! We were blown away by the personalized touches that highlighted our groups trip to the area. Communication was fantastic with the host making sure our needs were met. This was a perfect place to unplug with friends for the night with board games galore and a quaint place to stay. Thank you for a memorable place to stay!

Game time at The Hub

This place is a gem!! We used it as our base camp for the Letchworth State Park but I wish we could have spent more time at this home.Brandon, Bethany and their family have created a very innovative, whimsical place for us travelers to relax and make memories. You have more than the basics, a kitchen that is loaded with every device you could need to cook up a feast, comfortable beds , immaculate throughout.It was so much fun exploring the “game theme” they have throughout the house. With so many games to play who has time to hike.Brandon and Bethany were accessible and responsive to any issues we had, although we had none.I miss those booths!Jane and Thomas

Perfect Getaway Near Letchworth State Park

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, and the attention to detail was incredible. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, including top-notch coffee makers that made mornings delightful. The yard was perfect for relaxing by the fire, and the proximity to Letchworth State Park (just a 1-minute drive away) made it easy to explore the stunning surroundings. One of my favorite things about this place was the abundance of amenities—there were dozens of board games to keep us entertained, and really, there's way too much to list. This will definitely be a spot I return to several times a year. Highly recommend!

Best stay ever

The place is immaculate and equipped with everything you need and then some. We had a small group but there is plenty of parking if needed. What a fun themed house. Perfect for game playing and also just to relax. The fire pit was nice on the cooler evening. Coffee lovers delight too. Super close to Letchworth park which is amazing. The property itself offers areas to hike. We definitely will be back. Thanks to our hosts

Beautiful Fall Retrest

Everything about our stay was perfect. We love the hosts! They are welcoming and communicate well. They have thought of everything for all guests! To relaxing in the great room, a never ending selection of games to choose from for playing. The kitchen is well stocked and super clean. If coffee is your thing- you have many ways to make it at the coffee bar. The bed was super comfy and we rested well. The Hub is situated around beauty of land, trees and quietness. We also enjoyed touring Letchworth park, which is right around the corner. I recommend the Hub to everyone.

Our stay at the HUB was exceptional in every way. Our hosts masterfully made us feel like family while also allowing us complete privacy to enjoy our own family time. They checked on us throughout the stay to make sure our needs were met and stocked the house with many bonus, comfort items. This would be the PERFECT spot for a winter stay. It is over-the-top cozy with hours and hours of things to do without even leaving the house!This super clean house has a lovely, vintage feel but has been modernly upgraded for comfort so that everything feels shiny and new, yet warm and cozy. Each room has been tastefully and cleverly appointed with a different board-game theme in a classy way that provides eye candy for young and old but is not over the top.Our Favorite Things:Huge picture windows allowing views of the beautiful gardens and well manicured lawn black out curtains for privacyA well stocked kitchen with high quality appliances, cookware, knives, and dishes, roomy enough for several adults to cook togetherGourmet coffee station with espresso machine and milk frotherGorgeous linens, comfortable mattresses, unexpected comfort itemsMany electrical outlets and charging stations in convenient locationsGreat trails very nearby for cyclists of all levels Use of state park pass! Mt Morris Getaway

The property was well appointed with a fully supplied kitchen for cooking and eating. The coffee bar included Keurig, traditional coffee maker, espresso machine, and tea. All of the appliances are new. The theme of games was nostalgic and every detail enhanced the theme. The beds were very comfortable and parking was right at the front door. The surrounding area was peaceful and close to nature. There were many thoughtful touches such as having an annual pass into Letchworth State Park, notebook with details about home and local restaurants and activities. The host supplied a welcome basket with snacks, a personal note and there was even fresh fruit and bottled water to greet us after a full days travel. Overall this property was a good experience.

The Hub is a great place for everyone!

We had a fantastic stay. The house is just as presented in the pictures. Very clean. I loved the house rules of taking off the shoes, we always do at home and it was good to know the owners care about that too. Bethany was an amazing host! Very attentive and responsive. It is obvious how much they care about their guests. Mattresses were super comfortable, that’s very important to us.Location is right outside of Letchworth park, we followed Bethany’s recommendation to explore park from the house going from north to south. This way you keep getting more amazed and get to the best part of the park last. Also pretty easy trip to Watkins Glen. Just be mindful of local restaurants and attractions on Mondays and Tuesdays. Most places are closed. I already recommended The Hub to my friends, I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Bethany and family! ♥️

We grew up in Ohio and moved to upstate New York in 2013. We love spending time with family and traveling. We love serving people and consider it a treat when we get an opportunity to serve guests.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We always wanted to have a place people could come to be refreshed, relax and reconnect to escape the daily grind and busy schedules. We found this abandoned property in October 2022 and finally finished the restoration in July 2024. We tried our best to capture the spirit and heart of the original owners, the Hubbard family (that's where we got the name The Hub). They built this dream home of theirs in the 1970's as a place where the family could gather, make memories and enjoy. We hope you will be making lots of memories here of your own!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You can't get any closer to the Mount Morris entrance to Letchworth State Park than our property and we convienently have a well known local diner, Brians USA Diner, right across the road!

Our family business, The Old Window Company, has a separate freestanding garage away from the house near the front street which we sometimes do shop work at, and some people even love to sign up for a class while they are in the area. This does not bother guests in anyway, and when we are there it is only Monday-Friday 9am-5pm away from the house. Our highest priority is that you enjoy a clean, comfortable and connective stay!
