The Space:
The Pearl exists to offer a boutique hotel quality experience within a beautifully designed modern home, setting the stage for an unforgettable stay in America’s oldest city. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this striking home can accommodate up to 8 guests.

This estate is surrounded by an 8 foot board fence, providing ample privacy for your group as you enjoy the modern landscaping and outdoor amenities. While the backyard of this estate provides a peaceful setting, surrounded by citrus trees, palm trees, and traditional Floridian foliage; you are only 2 short miles from Castillo De San Marcos and historic downtown Saint Augustine, 5 miles from white sand beaches, and just a short walk away from the up-and-coming West King Street area with locally-owned breweries, cafes, and eateries.

Living Room:
The main living space includes a genuine leather sectional that makes for the perfect venue to take in a movie or play board games with friends. A vinyl record player with Bluetooth capability is available to create a relaxing atmosphere. A nearby hammock chair under the stairs provides the perfect place to dive into a good book as you take in the views outside. From the living room you have direct access to an outdoor oasis awaiting you in the backyard.

Dining Room:
The dining room features vaulted ceilings surrounded by floor to ceiling windows with views of palm trees, and a solid wood dining table for 8 that converts to a billiards table for some evening fun.

Kitchen:
The Pearl offers a fully featured gourmet kitchen complete with all of the cooking and dining essentials that you need to cook up your favorite family recipe. A dedicated coffee & cocktail area offers the equipment needed to make the perfect pour over, a quick cup of joe, or mix your signature beverage of choice.

Room 01:
Located on the lower level, Room 1 includes a king size bed, velvet headboard, reading lamps, wall mounted desk, views of the backyard, and a private entrance to the downstairs bathroom.

Room 02:
Located on the upper level, Room 2 includes a king size bed, velvet headboard, reading lamps, and views of the surrounding neighborhood.

Room 03:
Located on the upper level, Room 3 includes a queen size bunk bed, two desks, a full length mirror, cozy accent lighting, and views of the outdoor corn hole alleyway.

Outside:
The backyard of The Pearl is truly an outdoor oasis with multiple decks offering unique spaces to enjoy the Florida sunshine. A 40 foot sun deck stretches the length of the backyard and features lounge chairs with umbrellas so that you can catch up on some reading or work on your tan. A 10 foot saltwater plunge pool makes for the perfect place to cool off after sipping cocktails at the poolside bar. Challenge your friends to a game of corn hole in a private alleyway designed for outdoor activities. A pergola-covered outdoor dining area is the perfect place to dine al fresco after a relaxing day at the beach. If you are the grill master in your group, this will be your sanctuary as a gas grill makes for the perfect spot to crack a cold one as you whip up an evening meal.
