Una alternativa a las habitaciones de hotel. Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia, estancia prolongada para una asignación de trabajo o la transición a un nuevo hogar. Nuestra casa acogedora redecorado está situado en una tranquila calle sin salida en Bulverde pueblo de norte central, un barrio muy seguro. Cerca del campo de golf TPC. Esta habitación de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños, hogar y oficina con futón se limita a dormir 4-5. Camas tamaño queen en las dos habitaciones con un futón de tamaño completo en el área de la oficina. Un bebé pac n play y sillas de refuerzo están disponibles. WI-FI. 46 "HDTV pulgadas en la zona principal y televisión de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal. Reproductor de DVD. Limpieza profesional con especial atención dada a la ropa de cama recién lavada.

La ubicación Northside hace que sea conveniente para la mayoría de las atracciones de San Antonio a través de las carreteras principales además de que son la puerta de entrada a los muchos pueblos pequeños agradables del país de la colina. También puede hacer una excursión de un día a la playa en North Padre Island y Corpus Christi en 3-3 media hora el tiempo de conducción. El parque de la comunidad está a su disposición con juegos infantiles y una caja de arena gigante, redes de voleibol, cancha de baloncesto y senderos para caminar.

A Home Away From Home

This house didn't feel like a rental, it truly was a home away from home. From the thoughtfulness of the host, the location of the property and the perfection of the house, we wouldn't change a thing about our stay. We will definitely book this property for future stays in San Antonio.

Wonderful stay in San Antonio!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was set up nicely and the owners provided more amenities than other rentals we have stayed at. Judy was very helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We rented this house for a convenient place for out of town family to stay for our daughter’s wedding. The house was as cute and cozy as advertised, and we had everything we needed. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. We would definitely rent again.

Home Away From Home

Owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and clean. There are many shops and restaurants in the general area. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely rent the home again and recommend this specific house to friends and family.

Perfect vacation home for our family!

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Judy was beyond accommodating! From the moment we arrived it felt like home. The house was clean and cozy. It was in a great neighborhood with a playground for our children. Judy went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, leaving a highchair, a pack and play and toys for our son. We are so thankful to have found this property and we will absolutely be staying here during our next trip to San Antonio!

Excellent Experience, Excellent Stay

My wife and I and our 1 year old daughter had the best experience we could ever have wished for in San Antonio. The owners, Judy and Michael have gone way out of their way to make their guests comfortable when they stay here. We were amply supplied. The location is great, quiet and relaxing. I must add the use of the garage was a great convenience and it made us feel like we were still at home. We will definitely stay at this place again if we happen to go back to San Antonio for a purpose similar to the one that took us there 2 weeks ago. We stayed there for 2 weeks and each day was awesome.

At the end of July we had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property. The house was welcoming, well organized and extremely clean. It was clear that much care and thought had been put into this property, and there are little touches everywhere designed to make visitors feel at home. The house is spacious and the neighbourhood is quiet. We particularly loved the access to the garage, the layout of the home, and the access to laundry facilities. This is, without a doubt, one of the best properties I've stayed at and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful House

Judy was really nice, from the booking the house itself, she always took that extra step to make sure that our priorites were taken care of. Be it the extra step of cancelling the reservation to get us the discount of using paypal and rebooking (which I didn't even know till the cancellation came and rebooking was done) Or making sure of assembling the crib for our new born and keeping that in the master bedroom Or enquiring about the zoo timing and when the animal feeding was done With all these small things we felt like going to visit a relative/family friend of ours. I would recommend the house any given day

beyond expectations

Beautiful home outfitted for anything you need to make your vacation complete. Not only did they have all the necessary cooking pans but they had spices and bags to store left overs. No need to visit a visitor center because the "office" room had pamphlets for activities in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Michael and Judy were the best part of our experience. They responded immediately to any questions we had and even checked in with us after our first night to see if we needed anything. Every appliance has a note next to it on how to operate. This was an organized house with responsive and caring owners.

Nice house but annoying neighbor dogs

We stayed here with another couple for 8 nights while visiting family in San Antonio. First off...great communication between owner and myself, couldn't ask for a better owner to make your stay great. She went out of the way to answer any questions we might have before we got there and allowed us to arrive 1 day early. Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath house, nicely furnished, plenty of storage in master bedroom closet as spare bedroom closet is small, and there only a small chest for clothes. The neighbors dogs constantly barked if we were out on the patio. AC control was aggravating, couldn't keep house cool at night. Lots of information for the area, from shopping, restaurants, etc was provide by owner. Cull-de-sac was tight getting into when neighbors parked on the street. Just some annoying things we encountered, but overall great place and reasonable price.

Great rental for our family.

I was very happy with this rental and it was perfect for my family of 4 adults. The Layout of this rental have a nice open floor plan and plenty of space for four people. The home was very well appointed and the kitchen at all of the basic things you need to cook down to flour,sugar,coffee,tea,cooking spray, condiments etc. This is rare in a rental and a big added value. Don’t buy the small stuff until you check the cabinets. Judy was a pleasure To work with and was very accommodating to all of my questions and requests. The bedrooms each have queen beds, the baths had plenty of towels, soap, and even first aid items. The living room was neat and open and had good cable with a DVD player. The Air worked well and there were ceiling fans in the main living areas. The garage was nice to use because the drive is pretty steep..it also kept the car cool. There are lots of paved paths and a park nearby. We would start out most mornings with a nice walk(hills mind you...helped work off those extra vacation calories). This place was very clean and well maintained...immaculate. I would definitely rent here again if I were in San Antonio.

Perfect House

This house was a wonderful location for us as we visited our daughter and family who live close by. The home is perfectly maintained and was very clean. In this time of COVID they even had multiple bottles of hand sanitizer and some face masks in the house. The house was well supplied with anything the renter may need including shampoo. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all questions. The beds were very comfortable as was all the furniture. The photos show exactly what is in the home. We will definitely rent there again.

Great Home near TPC San Antonio

This home was very clean and well maintained. We came for a golf tournament for my teen daughter. The hose is a nice quiet neighborhood. It is stocked with all supplies and amenities you would need. It is one of he best VRBO houses we stayed at. The owners were very nice and even allowed us to do a late checkout as our flight was leaving later in the evening. Overall, a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay!

This was a very cozy stay! The house was very neat and clean. It’s in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. When we first pulled up I wasn’t able to open the document for access information and Judy answered immediately. She’s very personable and concerned that we were taken care of while there. My flight back home was an evening flight and she even allowed me to checkout after 12. There are very neatly posted instructions and entrance book that answers any question you might have. There are maps and brochures that provide lots of activity and location information. I highly recommend this property! We didn’t bring children but noticed they have plenty of toys and games for families and children of any age. I can’t speak highly enough. You won’t be disappointed when renting this house. I would definitely rent it again and refer friends and family. Thanks Judy!

Great host & Home

During our vacation we stayed in 2 different locations, both booked through HomeAway. Our first stop in Fredericksburg was very disappointing because the house was old, it was on a very busy street & the furniture was extremely uncomfortable...so we were both a bit concerned about what our 2nd reservations would be like when we got there but this home exceeded our expectations. Judy Berg was a wonderful host. before we made the reservation right up to when we left. She answered all my questions, & being a newbie to HomeAway I had a lot of questions. Check in was easy & we were able to check in early. The house was immaculate when we arrived & shortly after we arrived the cleaning lady, Maria, stopped over to welcome us. My husband & I were very happy with the home & the location which was convenient to restaurants & grocery stores. The house was clean, beautifully decorated & it was well stocked with just about everything. Judy had a binder filled with information about the house & local attractions, restaurants, etc. Their office was filled with travel information for the area as well. They did a better job of making you feel welcome & providing you with information around the area than any hotel we have been to. Great host & home!

Our permanent home is in Wisconsin and we purchased this home in 2011 to escape the cold winter but more importantly to enjoy our San Antonio family.

You will feel you are home as all areas set up comfortably. It is one story and features a walk in shower which makes it helpful for semi handicapped people. A garage door remote is provided so you can drive into the garage and enter without steps.
