We are pleased to announce that our Coconuts beachfront condo is open! We didn't have any damage to our unit from the recent storms. We are grateful for the concern expressed and we wish a speedy recovery to anyone who was affected.

Beachfront Paradise 2 is a beautiful BEACHFRONT 1 bedroom retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico! This welcoming condo is the perfect escape for guests seeking a fantastic vacation experience. With its enchanting decor and cozy atmosphere, you'll feel right at ease from the moment you step inside. This welcoming condo is the perfect escape for guests seeking a fantastic vacation experience. The condo is located on the top floor (2nd level) with GORGEOUS, unobstructed views of the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and Gulf of Mexico. You really can't get closer to the beach than this!! You'll have the BEST seat for nightly sunsets on the beach. The condo has been recently renovated, including luxurious coastal decor', new furnishings and linens. The full wall of sliders in the living room let in tons of natural sunlight, plus open to the stunning beach views. The updated full kitchen has sparkling white Quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plus a Keurig coffee machine and a traditional drip coffee pot as well so you can enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony. The bedroom features two comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has gorgeous Quartz counters and a walk-in shower. Plus, take advantage of the WiFi to stay connected, and enjoy the convenience of amenities like icemaker, and the washer and dryer conveniently located INSIDE the condo for guest use. It is perfect for a long stay during winter months or shorter family vacations. The condo complex is a small resort with a community heated pool, outdoor tiki tables and both propane BBQ grills and charcoal. There's assigned by unit onsite parking and it is in centrally located in Holmes Beach close to the trolley stop. Anna Maria Island has a FREE trolley that travels the full length of the island from the Anna Maria City Pier to the north to Bradenton Beach to the south. Reserve your vacation stay today. Whether you're lounging in the living area or exploring the nearby attractions, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Note: We are NOT allowing early check ins or late check outs at this time. Cleaners are taking extra time to prepare the property between each guest. Our condo has a 4 guests max - we have 2 queen beds. Please do not plan to have someone sleep on our couches.

There is ONLY ONE parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is NOT a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use.

Nothing beats the view from this unit! It was extremely clean and right on the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that was provided. Perfect size for my husband and I.

We spent five days on charming Anna Maria Island. The property was exactly as seen in the photos, sitting on the beach with beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The property was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We used the supplied beach chairs and umbrella every day. The room were spotlessly clean. Host Kimberly was prompt and accessible with communications and instructions. We will definitely consider a return visit to this gem on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was extremely clean and comfortable with everything we could need, including towels and beach chairs. The instructions were easy to follow and check in was smooth. The location is perfect and the beach is even closer than appears in pictures! I would certainly recommend this rental to others.

Great location!

When we arrived on Saturday, which seemed to be the busiest day of the week, the street to the unit was chaotic and the parking space for our unit was occupied by a golf cart which we had not rented. However, all the "nabors" were friendly and helpful going so far as to allow us to borrow their space(s) while they were out sightseeing. While we unloaded our luggage and gear, the host promptly contacted the owner of the golf cart so it could be moved. Check-in was easy, but I had a hard time figuring out the lock on the front door. Between the host explaining how it worked and my husband showing me what to do, it became easy. Upon getting all our stuff into the unit, everything was pretty much perfect. It was VERY clean which I greatly appreciate. I think it was newly decorated and the colors were beach themed so it felt like the indoors and outdoors were one. The view from the unit and off the balcony was incredible!!! The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils we needed. The ice maker was especially nice to have! We did not get back into our vehicle until it was time to leave. The beach is right out the door and there are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Depending on the weather, we either walked or took the free bus anytime we went out. All in all, it was a quiet, relaxing week!

Perfect Paradise

When we first drove up, I was a little worried, the complex looked a little run down and right across the street there were some messy looking houses but I assure you, I quickly changed my mind. The resort was just as cute as they come. A nice swimming pool, literal steps to the beach and everyone staying there was very pleasant. The location was central to everything. We rented a golf cart so that worked out great. Inside the condo, there isn't one thing about all the pictures that isn't accurate. The balcony view was amazing. We had rainbows over the water most mornings with our coffee. All of the decorations and pillows are my dream come true! Just perfect. The shower was great, water pressure was good, the beds were comfortable, it smelled good inside the condo, and even the towels smelled amazing. I am a weirdo smell person who brings her own room spray that I didn't have to use! We didn't use most of the appliances but they all looked fantastic. We did use the cute turquoise Kuerig! The countertops are gorgeous. I could go on but just know that you will not be disappointed if you book this condo.

Amazing beach vacation

Highly recommend. Very clean and steps from the beach! We hope to visit again. My husband and I stayed for a quick getaway in July. The place was so nice and well decorated. We had a little welcome bag of snacks and waters. Kim was quick to respond when I reached out to her. Kim provides you with some beach chairs, umbrellas, a few floats and a small cooler. Even though it was peak tourist season and next to a public beach access, the beach was not crowded and very peaceful.

Very nice and clean with a wonderful view

We stay at beach front properties often. There are three things that we always appreciate above all else besides the location, they are units that are super clean when we arrive, have no carpets, and sharp kitchen knives. These three little things mean a lot. We stayed at properties by the beach that have carpets and they are always full of dirt and sand. It’s the nature of a place by the beach. This unit had no carpets and the flooring is easy to clean ceramic. It was easy for us to sweep and keep tidy. Love it! The unit was super clean and smelled great when we came in. I think it was probably the cleanest we’ve ever been in. We like to keep our home the same way and it was so inviting to be greeted with a fresh scent and no dirt or grease anywhere in the kitchen. My compliments to the house keeper! Lastly, it may seem minor, but the kitchen knives were really sharp, like new! It made cooking there as easy as if we were home. Little things like that really put a unit at the top. Our only complaint, and it had nothing to do with rental, was that some of the visitors to the beach were not very considerate. The fishermen left their fish remains on the beach. However, the ocean was warm and calm and clear. It was wonderful to swim in! We will definitely want to come back! Thank you for the use of such a wonderful property!

What a great place to stay!

The picture on VRBO immediately drew my wife's and my attention. After reading about the location and amenities we decided to check it out. We were looking for an odd time - a Thursday through Tuesday, and figured that would probably get turned down. We were in luck and the owner had it available. The picture that drew our attention was spot on and even better in person! The second floor space has a perfect place to sit and enjoy the gulf view with a roofline that keeps it shaded most of the day. We did get a little sunburn from the water's and sand reflection though. The space was decorated very nicely throughout with a modern beach theme. There was a bag of different snacks on the table, as well as a small number of pods for the dishwasher and in suite washer and dryer. There is a very nice pool also. The building is located just a couple of blocks to the island trolley system that runs from morning until late in the evening and is free. We will definitely reach out again in the future as this was a wonderful place to stay!

The Best Location

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals. This is one of our favorites. The view and proximity to the water is the best we have experienced. The rental is new and well cared for. We will definitely return in the future. There is much to do on the island. Park your car and use the Trolley or Uber which is fast and inexpensive.

GREAT LOCATION with a few ISSUES

We loved the location, view and access to the beach. There was one major issue and a few very minor ones which can all be changed for future guests. The major issue was that there is noisy construction going on in the two units directly below this one and this was not disclosed BUT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. We may have chosen to stay anyway but we were not able to make that informed decision. We believe that this was unfair. The minor issues included a noisy bedroom ceiling fan, no Kleenex (so we used more toilet paper than normally would have), and a broken beach umbrella. The umbrella could definitely be improved upon with a new easy popup style. We saw many on the beach. The condo was very well appointed in style and amenities such as beach towels and black washcloths for makeup removal. We would stay here again, hopefully after the construction is finished.

Perfect on all accounts

This place is excellent. The renovation is top-notch. Not a typical investment property where corners were cut. Very well done all around. Place even as an ice machine! Location couldn’t be any better. Anna Maria was hit hard by the hurricane, and there is indeed construction all throughout the island. they were redoing the units below, and I didn’t hear much at all, even sitting at the beach. Would recommend this place again in a heartbeat. Will be returning for sure.

A relaxing stay in AMI

My husband & I absolutely loved this condo. It’s perfectly located on the island. You are literally a few steps from the beach, and the condo looks directly at the ocean. The condo complex was small, quiet, and extremely well maintained. The unit itself was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed.I highly recommend this place for your next vacation. I’m already thinking about returning next year! The owner left a welcome goody bag that made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in the door and had special shampoos, soaps, and lotions for us too. All of this was such a nice surprise. The restaurants are wonderful in the area, fun shops to browse in, and places to get ice cream.
