What guests don't love that much about our listing: -Our property is a multi-unit dwelling with separate rental suites above this guest suite and is not accessible to our guests. . All units have their own separate entrances and no space is shared. If you would like to rent the entire house, please contact us.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Other things to note ✦ Please note✦ Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
- Additional guest fee apply after 4 guests
- All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) taxes for a total of 11%.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Not what we expected
Sorry to say but we were looking for a property with a back patio and or grill not what we got. Although it was nice inside one bed was way too soft the other I assume was memory foam needless to say uncomfortable, our stay was for 3 weeks (21 days) not enough toilet paper to last that long needed to purchase more warming meals was a challenge unless cooked fresh no access to a microwave or if they even are allowed in Canada and the final issue was not being able to log back into Netflix for the remainder of our stay no matter what we tried location was pretty good nice neighborhood but got to tell you that for people with bad knees beware after 3 weeks of up and down stairs which are pretty steep will cause discomfort definitely will not stay in this unit again would prefer downtown Condo with an elevator
