Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.

Came in off season, great location, had a small maintenance issue that was addressed in 24 hours. Building was under construction and wasn’t told until 24 hours after check-in. Luckily, it wasn’t a problem, but was not handicapped accessible due to the construction. Communication was prompt and accessible.
