Nestled in the hills above Lake Chelan in the heart of the orchards and wine country, our vacation home has sweeping views of Lake Chelan, the mountains, Roses Lake, vineyards and orchards. It features 3+ bedrooms and 3 baths. NOTE that the STR Permit is for 2 bedrooms and 4 people. There is plenty of room to park your boat or RV! Bring your EV and use our Tesla wall charger. Eat breakfast or dinner while enjoying the view on deck which stretches the entire length of the back of the house. Enjoy 4.12 acres tucked in between vineyards and orchards. There is a large grassy play area for all sorts of family fun. Our property borders the Hard Row to Hoe winery, a “Best of Washington” 2010 nominee. It is just minutes from the Manson Bay Beach & Marina, where you can rent a boat or swim in the lake.
The main level features a chef’s kitchen with granite counter tops and a Viking range; the breakfast bar makes it a perfect space for entertaining and gathering at the end of the day. The dining room table will seat all of your guests. The living room, dining room and kitchen all open up onto the fabulous deck. There are 2 bedrooms and an updated bathroom with big shower. The wood ceilings and a wood burning fireplace make for a cozy place to hang out in the winter time.

The lower level features two separate wings. One wing has large family room with sofa, chair, small child play area with table, and two double beds in a sleeping nook. There is also a bathroom with shower.

The second wing features a walk-out bedroom (to the hot tub) with a queen bed, and fold out sofa. There is also another bathroom with shower, and a separate office/TV room; perfect for working remotely or quiet space for TV or gaming.

Whether you are here for the summer or winter, the possibilities for fun are endless. In the summer after spending a day on the lake water-skiing, fishing, or floating, come back to relax with a game of volleyball, croquet, horse shoes, badminton, or slip & slide. Want to get in a little gambling or go to a concert? It is less than a mile to Mill Bay Casino. You can check out the summer concert series on their website. If you have a boat, you can either launch or rent a slip at the Manson Bay Marina for your stay. There are also boat rentals available for the weekday or hour.

Echo Ridge is a half hour drive away and provides year round outdoor fun: mountain bike riding, cross country skiing, hiking, or snow-shoeing.

There are TONS of wineries now in the Chelan area, and a dozen within 5 miles of the house. And the town of Chelan, only 15 minutes away, offers a lot more activities, including restaurants, shopping, a water slide park, bowling and more.
