Located in the private, gated community of Coosawatee River Resort, guests are free to enjoy all this community has to offer, including-catch and release fishing, recreation center, indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, playgrounds, riverside picnic areas, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and more!

***Guests will be charged an additional $59 resort fee that will be requested by host after booking is confirmed***

INSIDE:
The home boasts an open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. There is a large mudroom off the kitchen with washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also feature king beds, generous size closets, and share a bathroom.

OUTSIDE:
Guests will enjoy plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. Relax on the front porch Adirondack chairs while sipping coffee and watching the deer in the yard or head out the back porch to grill out, enjoy dinner, watch some tv, or soak in the oversized hot tub.

The homes proximity to local points of interest is fantastic…Only minutes to downtown Ellijay, many wineries, hiking/biking trails, and more!
