Our stay in David & Sharon’s casita was fabulous! We had plenty of room with 2 bedrooms, comfortable seating in the living room & kitchen nook, and all of the amenities/extras that we needed. The backyard was beautifully landscaped & maintained and included a refreshing pool, which we enjoyed playing in as much as possible. We were greeted by Dave & Sharon when we arrived, and they made us feel welcome our entire stay. The area was also really nice…away from the congestion of the coastal cities, but a short drive to the beach. There was also shopping & restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Dave & Sharon’s place for anyone looking in the area for a quick or longer get-away.

Beautiful relaxation!

Pictures are great, but it’s even better in person! Hosts were responsive and welcoming. Very comfortable and delightfully appointed. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Paradise in North County

The property is just beautiful and the casita was well appointed and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and felt very secure. Easy access to everything in either San Diego or Southern Los Angeles, but still tucked away to feel secluded. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful stay at this casita! Our family of five was very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. They were quick to answer any questions and offer help. Would stay here again.

Casita Vacation

This was a wonderful place to stay. The Casita was perfect for us. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Dave and Sharon were great hosts and available anytime. The weather was chilly during our stay, but we were able to enjoy the hot tub and the beauty of the back yard. It’s a short drive to Temecula or Escondido.

Snowbirds' Paradise

We spent the month of January in this lovely casita, which was immaculate and well appointed, with thorough attention to every detail. The outdoor space is set in an amazing landscape of well-tended vegetation and provides beautiful sunset views of the distant hills. We played golf at the neighboring course, enjoyed several local restaurants, and visited many nearby wineries. David and Sharon are delightful and engaging hosts! They were very attentive to any of our needs, and we enjoyed many interesting conversations with them. You will not find a better place to stay in this area!

Perfect Stay!

This property is well kept and breathtaking at every turn. Fragrant foliage and beautiful, comfortable housing. Our hosts could not have done more for us. Easy access to major freeways without the noise. Wine tasting down the road. I would visit this location again.

Gorgeous casita, yard and pool

Wonderful little spot close to all the San Diego area attractions yet away from the city noise. The pool and gardens are especially beautiful and the casita so tastefully decorated in local flair.

Enjoyable stay

We had a great first vrbo experience with this property. Very clean, great hosts and fun amenities. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, mini putt putt, and fruit trees. Perfect weather and relaxing backyard paradise. Good location as we traveled to LA, San Diego and Oceanside for our outings.

Quaint casita in a beautiful setting!

The setting for this quaint and cozy casita is so beautiful! It feels like you are at a private resort! The location is so convenient for day trips in all directions throughout sunny southern CA!! The hosts were great—very friendly and extremely hospitable!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Such an amazing and relaxing place to be

David and Sharon, thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your wonderful property. It was a dream. And both kids had such a great time and even said that they liked it equally or more than when we went to Hawaii. It was so nice staying at your property and having a beautifully well maintained backyard with beautiful views and such a nice, clean pool. It is one of very, very few pools that I have been in that is actually very clean and doesn't have the horrid "chlorine" smell. David and Sharon were wonderful hosts - both very nice people. The Casita was really nice and clean. I have come to a point that I never expect a place to be clean enough for me and my family, but this Casita was absolutely spotless, which made us feel at home and very comfortable. We hope to stay there again and are looking forward to seeing David and Sharon again in the future.

Amazing staycation!

David and Sharon's casita was truly a home away from home. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need in order in to have a comfortable stay. All you need is to show up with luggage and some food and you are all set. In fact, we over packed as we were in our swim suits the entire time. They have an amazing property where our three children (ages 7,4 & 20 months) did not stop moving the entire time. From the beautiful, warm pool, hot tub, mini put put course, Dave's driving range mat, and yummy fruit trees. Oh, and last but not least, the never ending lizard hunts!!! My kids were in heaven! And so were my husband and I. We were able to sit back and enjoy our kids entertaining themselves and just being kids. We will absolutely be back!

Fantastic Property in Fallbrook, CA

Our family of four had a great time at David and Sharon’s casita in Fallbrook. The property is beautiful and overlooks a golf course and has beautiful plants and trees. There is an in-ground pool and hot tub for your use and enjoyment on the property. They provide floats and chairs for you to relax in and use. The casita is decorated with a rustic look and is very clean and organized. Everything you need is available to you at the casita. David and Sharon are very sweet and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this as the place to stay in Southern California! We definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

Amazing get away!

Cozy and welcome casita with everything you need to feel at home. Pool and hot tub with beautiful landscaping made for a relaxing vacation. Location was perfect. Close to the beach and Temecula and many golf courses. Sharon and Dave were wonderful and did over and beyond to make us Alaskans feel welcome. Look forward to another stay next year!

Excellent Stay - we will be back!

This is such a convenient location for us visiting family in the area. The property is beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities anyone would need. We were greeted so kindly and felt comfortable from the start. The beds were wonderful. I really do not have any comment on how to improve this experience. It was so relaxing and really enjoyed the great weather, golfing and overall location.

Gorgeous & comfortable property

I am so glad I didn't give up when the first dates we wanted were unavailable. We not only loved the cute cottage and property but the homeowners, David and Sharon are the best hosts. It was the perfect place for a family of 5 for a nice getaway. The place has everything you could need for an extended stay. Our kids are 12, 6 and 13 months and the property was amazing for everyone. We hope to be back again and plan to shate this little gem with friends!

The Casita is comfortable, homey and well stocked. David and Sharon are the nicest, most considerate and friendly hosts we have ever encountered. The area is quiet and peaceful with shopping needs close by. When we return to the San Diego area we hope this unit will be available.

Relaxing-Quiet-Great Location...A Must Stay!!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights, and our 15 year old son for one night before he headed off for a group event with friends. When we arrived, David and Sharon welcomed us and showed us to the Casita. We were blown away not only by the Casita itself, and its location on their beautiful property, but also the fact that that it was furnished with a few drinks, snacks, breakfast items, and most importantly a card welcoming us into their home. What a first impression! The Casita itself was very well appointed with plenty of room for the three of us, and could easily accommodate 5. The kitchen was fully functional and the living area was open and inviting as an indoor area to spend some down time. Relaxing outside on the patio or by the pool however was the kicker! The weather was amazing and spending evenings outside was great! David and Sharon respected our privacy if we wanted to just sit down by the Casita, and welcomed us when we wanted to spend time together and chat. One night David and I drove to a local Thai restaurant and we all ate takeout under the gazebo. It was well worth it, and we will definitely be headed back!

Relaxation, enjoyment, family time, and close to everything!!!!

David and Sharon's casita is by the far the best VRBO you will find in the Southern California/San Diego area. You will feel like you are renting a private house with it's own pool, all for a low price. The little house is adorable, and in it you will find everything you need. It was easy to prepare foods in the house and save money on meals/eating out. The house easily fit our family of five, and David and Sharon went above and beyond by also providing a few groceries and wine for our stay. It was wonderful to be only a half hour from the beach (I recommend Oceanside), an hour from the most beautiful view (Point Loma), an hour from Disney and a half hour from Legoland. It was nice to have a washer/dryer on site, and the rooms were so comfortable. David even let us borrow/use things we needed of theirs! David and Sharon are incredible people. We hope to stay at their amazing casita again someday!

Very nice house and pool
