Amazing Private Oceanfront Beach House with incredible views. Dog friendly!

Please note there is new construction happening north of the rental property. The construction will not be visible from the house and will have its own private road. We just want to make our guests aware that you may hear some construction noise. Welcome to your private oceanfront retreat in Milbridge, ME. We are a weekly rental property (Saturday thru Saturday). We can accommodate special requests based on availability so please email us if you need special accommodations on dates.

This amazing dog friendly property offers direct access to multiple beautiful private sandy beaches, granite shoreline, wooded moss covered trails all on 9 acres with 1100 feet of private waterfront for you to enjoy. Marvel at the spectacular panoramic views up and down Harrington Bay surrounding Ray's Point from this magnificent location at the end of a scenic peninsula. The year-round 2 BR / 2 BA house comfortably sleeps 6 people (2 full beds, 2 twin beds) with 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the breathtaking views from every room in this house. Dine alfresco on the deck. Work remotely from the well-equipped office spaces complete with high speed internet and large monitors.

Enjoy the beautiful outdoors on your private beach which you can launch kayaks directly from. Take a leisurely stroll along the coastline through the moss covered forest and enjoy all the little alcoves with amazing views of the water. Take advantage of the beautiful cool evenings at the firepit with some hotdogs and s'mores.

1st Floor:
Bedroom 1: Full bed (sleeps 2) with ocean view and office space with large monitor
Bathroom 1: Full bath with shower/tub combo. Toiletries/towels provided
Kitchen/Dining Room: Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender. Dining table seats 6.
Livingroom: Roku/TV, books, boardgames, comfortable couch and easy chair

2nd Floor:
Bedroom 2: Full bed (sleeps 2) with ocean view
Bathroom 2: Full bath with shower/tub combo. Toiletries/towels provided
Loft/Office: 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) and office space with large monitor with amazing views and deck access
Deck: runs the full length of the house with built in tables and seating

Washer/Dryer located in the walkout basement

Amenities: Roku, TV , High Speed Wi-Fi Internet, washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen all included. Also included are an outdoor grill, linens/towels, and toiletries. Cell service is good in the area for most carriers including ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Property is dog friendly and welcomes house broken and well-trained companions and the entire property is nonsmoking. Please remember to pickup after your dogs.
