The house has two floors, 1st floor & 2nd floor each floor has two bed rooms and a full bath. The basement space is not included is used to store cleaning supplies and house keeper access.
The house features 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, bathtubs, and showers. You'll find all the necessary amenities like heating, an iron, a washing machine, Dryer, outdoor grill on patio with fully enclosed private back yard, WiFi, AC and also parking spaces available for your cars on the property.

Great location with access to NYC. Property has had recent upgrades in kitchen and bathroom but overall comfort was basic.

Our stay was from 4/10-4/12 however we left a day early. When we arrived we noticed hair in the tub and the tub was dirty. There was left over half empty full size and travel shampoo and body wash left in the tub. There was crumbs in one of the beds. There was no trash bags in the trashcan in the kitchen. The sugar for the coffee was left in a red cup not covered. My husband couldn’t fit in the shower because it was super small. And no he is not big just tall. I’m 5’2 and could barely fit. The bedroom downstairs was clearly a patio at one point that is now converted into a bedroom which was cold. The sliding glass is still on there. There are tv mounts in every room with no tv attached. While we were headed outside to get in the car that Saturday morning some random man walked right pass us on the property and went through a back door. I’m assuming he was the owner however he never said anything. We left a day early because we want comfortable sleeping there another night.

Convenient location - Great home base

Our family of 8 traveled to NY for the first time and booked this home for our stay. It was very conveniently located and served as a great home base for our trip. We appreciated the easy access off the freeway, and AC units in each room, which cooled the home quickly at the end of a long, hot day of sightseeing. Also, since we were staying in this home, it made more sense for us to visit Ellis and Liberty Islands from the NJ pier, rather than the more popular Battery Park pier in NY. This saved us several hours of waiting in lines and allowed to see and do so much more with our limited time. The kitchen and linen supplies were rather sparse, but it served our needs and provided a great space for a large group to stay.

Objects online appears differently than the real deal

Almost didn’t recognize the property when we got there. The online pictures are totally the opposite of what you see in person. When we drove up into the driveway, trash was on the ground from the trash can. The house was not clean and prepared for visitors. The microwave, sink and refrigerator were left unclean. The host was not very accommodating and very deceiving. The backyard was creepy and there was a man in and out of the shed. When reported this, was told he was the cleaner. I think it was the host spying on guests.The reviews were great, but they must have wrote them themselves. They left a very bad taste for me about VRBO’s. Never again. The neighborhood is also scary.
