Me alojaría aquí de If I Were You

Va a ser agradable y acogedor en nuestro confortable casa de estilo suroeste situado en un barrio seguro y tranquilo en los Altos del Nordeste. Hay 3 dormitorios (uno de matrimonio, uno doble y otro con 2 camas individuales), 2 baños completos, un gran salón con chimenea y zona de comedor. Hay un patio patio trasero con parrilla. Hay una lavadora y secadora y la casa tiene un coche garaje anexo 2. La cocina y los baños se actualizan recientemente con electrodomésticos nuevos. Tenemos un Smart TV, wifi, DVD, además de juegos, rompecabezas y libros si te gusta más tranquilo entretenimiento.

Hay espacio para dormir durante un máximo de 7. Las mascotas y los niños son bienvenidos y por eso pedimos un depósito reembolsable.

Tarifas semanales con descuento se pueden negociar

La ubicación es conveniente a las compras locales, el Balón de Fiesta Park, y el Sandia Cresta Tramway, y es un corto viaje a Santa Fe, las Sandias, y muchas otras atracciones en el área de Albuquerque

Albuquerque visit

Pleasant, comfortable, roomy, well located, quiet neighborhood. (we booked for 2 months). Responsive manager. We were going to rebook for next year (2026), someone beat us to it! Oh, we stayed here in 2019 for 2 months:)) Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

The house was cozy, roomy, and clean. The manager is helpful and nice. We were able to bring our 3 dogs and everything went so well. We had a very merry Christmas here.

This was our first Vrbo rental but Our stay was great, house was very well stocked with everything we needed from bath items to cooking items! Communication was 100% the best. House is very nice & cozy! Would definitely recommend

Family Visit

As advertised, only better. We enjoyed the hospitality, the beautifully appointed home and it's fun and user-friendly layout, the outdoor garden spaces, and well-stocked kitchen. The owners were super-responsive and so easy to work with. Everyone slept well here too!

Beautiful property in a great part of town

The home was much more than we expected. Beautifully kept with awesome awesome views all around. It had everything we needed for a comfortable 7 night stay for 7 adults, one infant and 3 dogs. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Charming patio home conveniently located in NE heights. Plenty of space. Good kitchen setup for cooking. Very private and a western skyline view too. Would stay there again. Manager checked us in and showed us the property- unexpected and welcoming.

Wonderful Property

My wife and I have stayed at this property three times but this is the first time since 2019. It was great to come “home” again. We love the house and yard with the view of Mount Taylor and the sunset from the back yard swing. We will be back again.

The home was very nice, clean and comfortable.

We were in town for the balloon fiesta, the house was perfect for our family, so much better than any hotel you could stay in. The property manager, Don, was very helpful in showing us where everything was & how everything worked. The backyard was a small paradise with a fountain and awesome swinging chair. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We all felt very at home. We definitely would stay here again. I highly recommend!!!

Pawsitively Pupperific!

A must stay with pets! I was so excited that they allowed my dogs to stay here with me. The Bear Canyon Arroyo is just a few mins walk from this beautiful condo, an excellent area for dog walks. The outdoor space faces west for stunning sunsets and balloon flight viewing. The home is delightfully decorated and fully stocked with linens, towels, and dishes. The whole experience was well worth it. This was my first VRBO rental and I will absolutely stay here again when visiting ABQ

No better stay in Albuquerque

From reservation to checkout, we were completely satisfied with our stay. Actually, we were extremely pleased!!! From the completely appointed kitchen to the beautiful rose bushes in the backyard, we couldn't have been happier. The bedrooms are very comfortable and sitting in the living room to relax was awesome. A friend of mine and I stayed a week for Balloon Fiesta - the location for that and other sites is just the best!! The house is only 10 minutes away from the Sandia Tram, which I can't recommend highly enough. My only complaint is that I had to leave. It's a truly great place to stay. We felt truly at home.

Great home, great host...not too good to be true.

I grew up in Albuquerque so when I saw this home on the website I snatched it up right away. ABQ is a great town but you have to be choosy about where you stay, this house is in a great area. To start with both the owner, Larry and the manager, Don were great to work with and responded to questions quickly. Don was flexible as our travel plans moved around and got us into the house smoothly. The house was really nice, in fact one of the nicest VRBO's I've ever stayed in. We were there over Christmas and my son, a Culinary Arts student did a Prime RIb Roast, rice pilaf and dessert for a family get together and the kitchen had every tool/dish that we needed, it's so well equipped! Beds were great, plenty of blankets/pillows, fireplace works great, patios are really nice for those lovely NM evenings and even the views are great. From the back patio you look out over the Rio Grande Valley and can see the volcanos, or Balloons if you come during the Fiesta. Wonderful place to stay.

Excellent Albuquerque Location

The property was even better than the pictures. The location was perfect for our stay. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. The owner, Larry Foe, and manager, Don, were very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. My wife and I would enthusiastically recommend this property for any visit to Albuquerque. I was looking for a place with a garage and this place had a very nice and clean garage and had a remote opener. This was very helpful as we tend to leave things in our car at night and gave us that extra layer of security. The Foe’s have done a beautiful job of decorating and landscaping the home. My wife and I spent several evenings with a glass of wine on the back patio. We did not do much cooking but the kitchen was well equipped if we needed anything. Although it was just the two of us, there is plenty of room for a family or multiple couples. We hope to visit Albuquerque again next year and we will most certainly look to return this property.
