BBQ Grill Fee $75 per stay. (Please request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival)
Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can?t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.
You can park up to 2 cars in designated areas near the house
Guest can also park at the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.
Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."
Please be aware there is no street parking. This is a matter of public safety and the City of Kissimmee Fire Code. Vehicles will be towed at the owner?s expense. To avoid possible towing, please park in your driveways
