Your Beach Vacation Dream House
Experience the pinnacle of coastal living at Aquatic House. This exclusive property offers the perfect combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking scenery. With its prime location, world-class amenities, and unparalleled views, this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Private pool, private sea view gym, garage parking, elevator from garage to both levels of this unit.
There is a separate and private 2 bedroom Penthouse at the same address, with separate pool and alarm. Only common area is the garage and laundry.
Our house manager Arnold will check you in.
Pool is heated by solar system. Which means that heating will not be effective during rainy and cloudy days.
Solar/backup battery power with inverters for all essential loads during load shedding.
House is serviced 5 times a week (Mon- Friday), additional services can be arranged upon request.
Aquatic House has solar/backup battery power to cover essential power loads like lights, alarm, WIFI, TVs, power plugs, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave and the lift.
Pets - not allowed
