This Tampa Ranch boasts 3 inviting bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and 1 queen bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The tranquil ambiance of the property creates a lovely atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. With amenities like AC, a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, and WiFi, your needs are well taken care of. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your convenience. Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying the awesome surroundings, we believe our place will help you experience everything Tampa has to offer.

Our Ranch is just 20 minutes from Tampa Airport, 5 min from Hard Rock Cafe, 2 minutes to The Motor Enclave, 15 min (USF) It is a quiet area with space to park 5 to 15 cars, boats, travel trailers, RV, horse trailers. The ranch has 4 acres of land and a pool to enjoy with the family.
We are fully stocked and ready to host.
The property has a guest house next to the main house completely independent for more than 6 guests (an additional $60 x night).

Important Information About the Property
This property includes a separate guest house that is rented independently. This means you may share the property with another guest, although it will only be one person. The guest house has a completely independent entrance and does not have access to the pool, ensuring your privacy.
The property sits on a very large piece of land, so there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone. We also have free-range chickens and a horse. You may occasionally see the owner feeding the animals, always while respecting the guests' peace and privacy.

The property was perfect for us and was very pet friendly. The rules were clear and simple and posted for us to read. The place was spotless and very homey, including a dozen fresh eggs. We enjoyed the pool and had a great stay. Even though it has a quiet, country feel to it, it's only a couple of miles from a lot of attractions in town.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were in town for my son basketball tournament. It was very relaxing to come back from the excitement of the games to relax in the pool. If we are in town again we will definitely come back.

Although the weather was not that warm. We were still able to enjoy the pool on 2 days. The Calico Ranch experience was different than any of the other Vbro experiences. I think allowing the chickens to be out and everywhere is not sanitary tracking poop in and out the house. Also there was another party staying there that we were not aware of. As well as the owners continually on the property everyday and we stayed for 5 days. The other disappointing point was the owners spying on us. Vrbo is prided for their privacy and being able to enjoy your time at their homes. But this was a different and unsatisfactory visit. One of the major things that made of feel unsafe was they locked us in on the property. We were able to get out but the fact that they closed the gates in on us was not cool.

Great location and nice home

We enjoyed our stay. The house very comfortably fit our family of five. We loved the pool!! Location is 20 to 30 minutes from anything in the Tampa area.

It was a very nice stay and everything was clean and tidy. Enjoyed the animals and the farm. Only bad note was that I was stung by wasp in the neck because there is a nest in the wind chimes next to the front door that I was not aware of. Other than that everything was blissful and would highly recommend

Beautiful, cozy welcoming home!!

Beautiful home, clean and cozy!! Communication with the owner , rapid response ! Farm fresh eggs. Even though the maintenance man is on the property, we hardly saw him unless he offered use eggs if we were sitting by the pool. Definitely recommend!!

Clean and roomy

The house was clean. There is lots of parking. Initially it was advertised as a 4 bedroom but became a three bedroom with someone staying in an Rv right next to the house. Lots of land for my dogs to roam. You did hear the traffic from the highway when you sat outside. The neighbor was shooting a gun in the afternoon. There are two large steps into the living room.

Wonderful stay central to Tampa

We really enjoyed our stay at the property! It includes a huge yard and the pool was clean and cool. The interior of the home was spotless when we arrived and was well appointed with pots, pans, dishes, and appliances. Everything was just as explained and the host, Maya, was very responsive to each message. Waze was initially unsure of how to locate the property and kept sending us to the Extended Stay location off of Sligh Ave and highway 301. We did not have any issues locating the home with Apple Maps or Google Maps.

Callco Ranch

This home was beautifully furnished. They have a wonderful double-shower in the master bathroom. I love their furnishing style. The beds were very comfy.Unfortunately, we had a few major issues. There was no heat in the house and hot water did not reaching the master bathroom. Maya resolved most of these issues within a day (except the hot water still not reaching the master bathroom). On the first day, it got to 59oF in the master bedroom. I wish they had more blankets, but we shivered through the night. I asked for a discount on the first day, but I did not genotny response as of this review.The other concerns that renters should be aware of are: no heat in the outdoor pool (not helpful during the winter), the home is located very close to a major highway (so you hear road noise all hours of the day AND night), and there are several people living on the property (in a RV adjacent to the driveway and maybe in a guest house as well).We would not had stayed here had we known about the people living next to the house. We had to keep the blinds closed due to privacy concerns.The owners shared with us about the maintenance people living on the property on the day before our rental started, so I think they are aware that it is a concern for some people. I wish they put this on the listing instead of finding right before. Hopefully, this review will give other people a heads-up.
