Hola! Welcome to our Villa in the amazing Palmilla neighborhood of Los Cabos. This spacious home has 4 bedrooms, each with its own 2 sink bathroom. There is also, a pool, hot tub, fire pit and out door grill and dining, with beautiful views of the golf course and ocean. We have 2 golf carts (a 4-seat and 6-seat), umbrellas, coolers and umbrellas for your 2 minute excursion to the wonderful SWIMMABLE Palmilla Beach. This house is perfect for a family vacation or friends getaway!

The home has 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a double sink. The master bedroom has a king bed as well as a home office with a pull out couch. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a king bed whole bedroom 4 has 2 queen beds and a bunk room with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The villa is one level and has an open kitchen floorplan with views of the patio and pool. There are TVs in the living room and each bedroom with US cable TV and even have US sports. There is water filtration so the kitchen and refrigerator both have drinkable water.

Located within the Villas Del Mar community inside of the Amazing Palmillas HOA. Palmilla has the best SWIMMABLE beach in the Cabo corridor with excellent snorkeling just a quick golf cart away. Palmilla is near San Jose del Cabo restaurants, also adjacent to the Shoppes at Palmilla and Palmilla Golf Course.

The property has 2 golf carts available for guests to use. There is a driveway for a car, if you choose to rent a car.

Super convenient location. Easy to get to the awesome Palmilla beach for snorkeling. Easy access to Palmilla Golf course and Shoppes at Palmilla (with a small grocery store). A short Uber to the Cabo surf hotel where you can rent surfboards and boogie boards.
