Welcome to HOME Serviced Apartment.
In order to make your stay in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam) as pleasant as possible we provide the following services:
• FREE Airport pick-up by Grab Car (for reservation from 15 nights, from Tan Son Nhat Airport to our Apartment in The Botanica Building, from 7:00AM - 11:00PM)
• FREE Swimming Pool & GYM
• FREE clean-up service 1 time per week
The space
The Botanica is the NEW LUXURY RESIDENTIAL area in HCM where you can see the mix between traditional and modern living styles, is known as the family friendly areas of the city. This is the perfect place. High security all the time. Resident card to access the building & Elevator. Smart lock with password to access the Apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished, complete privacy, quiet and secure which can host up to 7 people, ideal for business travelers, family (with kids and old people) or a group of friends. It opens up to City view.
5 min to airport; 15 mins to District 1.
Why to STAY HERE?
- BEDROOMS: 3 bed with king size (1.8m*2m), fresh linens and towels are provided. Iron and make up vanity. Wardrobe and clothes hangers. Smart TV
- Common Space: table & chair for working, balcony has wide view.
- BATHROOM: 2bathrooms, shower, hot water, towels, toilet papers, soap, hand soap, shampoo and shower set are all provided.
- KITCHEN: large fridge, microwave, stove, kettle along with cooking utensils, full dinner set and glasses.
- Washing machine, washing power and outdoor clothes hangers
- SWIMMING POOL & GYM : There are in 2nd floor & Free
