The Bubali Breeze Villa, named for the constant breeze that flows thru the property, is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Bubali neighborhood of Noord.

It is only minutes away from Eagle and Palm Beaches, and less than 1KM to Super Food (Aruba’s largest grocery store), and the famous Madame Janette’s Restaurant. ​

Upon entering the newly furnished Villa, you are greeted with the colors of the Caribbean in the fully air-conditioned, spacious, open floor plan living area that leads to a full wall of collapsing sliding doors creating a perfect indoor/outdoor living experience. The kitchen and breakfast nook is fully equipped. The living area has comfortable seating on 2 sofas’ (one of which is a sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests.) Enjoy the large Smart TVs and hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout the Villa for work, or to connect to your favorite streaming service!

The main house boasts three bedrooms. The private, spacious Master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet, a private full bath with a comfortable King bed. Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 share a hallway and bathroom. Guest Bedroom 1 is equipped with a King Size bed, while guest Bedroom 2 is offered with 2 twin XL beds that can be converted to a King size at your request. All bedrooms offer independent air conditioning, smart TVs’, storage, upgraded bedding with cool gel memory foam mattresses, and ceiling fans.

As you walk thru the living area, you’ll encounter the jewel of the Bubali Breeze Villa: your own private tropical oasis with enough space to enjoy the outdoor life Aruba has to offer! You have a large, covered patio containing a natural wood dining table with ample seating.



The property includes your own private saltwater plunge pool complete with a built-in contoured lounge seating, perfect for cooling off while sunning and relaxing. For those that prefer the shade, the enormous palapa has ceiling fans and lounge seating for at least 10 guests.



Only steps away lies a detached apartment that offers open access to a full-size, kitchen/bar with a full-size refrigerator, sink, and a 2-burner gas stove! Within the apartment, you will find the 4th Bedroom, complete with its own separate secured access, bright tropical décor, queen size bed, storage, ceiling fan, and private full bath!

The Bubali Breeze Villa also provides a brand-new, full-size clothes washer and dryer. We provide clean, fresh linens, as well as bath & beach towels for your stay. You are also free to enjoy the complimentary provided beach chairs and a cooler while enjoying the amazing beaches of Aruba! ​
