The host was great. The views are just as the pictures suggest. We had a few minor issues with the air conditioning and appliances. The host handled all requests.

Hollywood holiday

Stayed at the house with my wife and teenage kids. The house was clean and spacious, but we basically lived on the pool deck and lounged in the sun. The house/pool backs to a lovely and peaceful canal. Central location... 1/2 hour walk to beach, 5 minute walk to local park, 5 minute drive to beaches and shopping... neighborhood felt safe.Host was professional and communication was excellent!Highly recommend ...

Nice little family getaway

There were 9 of us ages 2-75.Pros: There was plenty of room for us all. Location was perfect. Short drive to the beach and also to downtown Hollywood in the other direction. Pool was great once we got heating issue all figured out (on day 3). I loved that it was on the water and gave you something to look out at when lounging in the pool. There were a few pool floats that were already there for us to use. There were plenty of beach and shower towels available. There was shampoo/conditioner and body wash available. Cons:The place itself was a little outdated. The linens on the bed could use updating, loose and didn’t stay in the bed very well. Also all drinkware is glass. Would be nice to have some plastic available to use around the pool. There were a ton of light switches all over, most of them did nothing. Minimal lighting in living room.

Comfortable house in a nice neighborhood

The house was comfortable, bedrooms were large and nicely appointed. Kitchen had the basics, could use more plastic cups to take outside. I think it would be perfect for a group of friends. It was not set up for children (no games, pool too easily accessible) so if bringing a child, be sure to be super vigilant about the pool and stairs. We had a great time and spent a lot of time focusing on the baby (which was perfect for us).

Beautiful Space!

A group of friends & family rented this home for the weekend to celebrate my sisters birthday and we genuinely enjoyed spending time together here. The only issue we had was that the grill was not cleaned prior to us renting the home and we were celebrating my sisters birthday by the pool and were expecting to use the grill. Fortunately the property manager was extremely responsive the entire trip and even prior and after the trip. Within the hour of us reporting the grill not being cleaned to the property manager, there was a two person team of cleaners who showed up to clean the grill and the pool as we requested. The property manager was great to communicate with. We would definitely rent this space again and recommend it to other people.

Beautiful outdoor venue for families

The pool and access to the intercoastal were amazing. Our kids had a great time in the pool and using the kayaks to explore the intercoastal and go fishing. The house was spacious and fit 2 families very comfortably. The linens, towels, and equipment in the house were pretty run down and could use an upgrade given the price of the rental. It also didn't include any extra items like beach supplies, coolers, pool toys, etc. The host was extremely responsive and answered every question very quickly. We did have to pay for the pool to be heated for the week.

Miami Weekend

This was the absolute BEST STAY I’VE HAD IN YEARS!!! Steve is a great host. He responds within a great time expectancy and was very easy going. He helped me out with early check in and late check out. AWESOME HOST, BEAUTIFUL HOME, I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I’d definitely rebook or refer to anyone.

Ultimate Spring Break Dream!

My friends and I stayed the week for our senior year spring break! We absolutely loved the house, the view was amazing the pool was awesome and there was more than enough room for 14 of us! Steve and Arman were great at communicating for anything we needed. There were extra towels, sheets and comforters which was a plus! Pool is in a great spot to catch ultimate sunshine! Super close to Hollywood beach and the strip! Definitely recommend to all, great for family or friends or business!

The pool and daily view is worth the price of admission. Beds are comfortable, house is super clean, way more spacious than the pictures depict.

Gulfstream Park Trip

Very nice property with everything we needed. Close to the race track, beach and shopping. Wish the T V reception would have been better while watching the Chiefs beat the Bengals

AMAZING vacation home!

My friends and I plan a group trip every year and have been to FL quite a few times now. This was one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at! The home is beautiful and spacious. Our favorite part was the pool and the amazing views. In addition to the home being so wonderful, our host was very friendly and hospitable and communicated with us in a timely manner. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

Horror Movie

Upon walking into Steve’s place, the odor was unbearable. We attempted to make things work but had to leave two hours from my niece crying scared of the bugs. The couch is stained and smells like piss. Roaches and ants were in the kitchen. Refrigerator did not work. Bedding stained, pillows brown, mold in shower. Went to Walmart to buy lysol and sheets but it was too much too clean. I really hate leaving bad reviews for anyone, but the property owner inboxed me saying we trashed the property and left. We were there two hours tops and had to find a place to stay for a vacation. Thank God a hotel was accommodating to us and my birthday vacation turned out great. I’m working with the bank and VRBO for a full refund on this property. Please read the reviews. I didn’t read before booking and this turned out as a horror movie.

Loved every day of our stay!

This VRBO property comfortably accommodated 13 of us and absolutely lacked nothing! Even large pots and pans in the kitchen that helped us prepare banquet size meals and a huge dining table to serve the meals on! ALL of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had fun in the pool too facing the cul-de-sac canal location. Also so close to FLL airport and all grocery stores etc. No complaints from anyone. Will definitely stay again! The host Steve was also very attentive and great. A very happy family!! Thank You Steve.

Family Vacation

Clean and beautiful, just as advertised. Everything you need for a week with friends or family; Great BBQs, large swimming pool, fully stocked kitchen, boat deck, kayaks and plenty of spaces to relax. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Hollywood, FL or Ft. Lauderdale area. Would definitely visit again!
