Charming 2-bedroom house with AC and WiFi in amazing Altamonte Springs

Central Florida is waiting for you at this clean 2-bedroom 1-bath house. Nestled in a generally quiet neighborhood, this property offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. With 2 Simmons beauty rest queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy living area, you'll feel right at home. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer. Walking distance to the SunRail train station. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. The home is located in a predominantly southern black community. The neighbors are very nice. They like to get together on the weekends with friends and family for barbecue regularly. But are always quiet by 9 pm. We do not provide any disposable amenities other than one roll of toilet paper. If needed, you will need to provide these items. Upon request, we will provide a gas grill. Either provide your own propane tank or cover a $35 fee to use one of ours. This is a short term rental home. It is not a vacation destination or resort. But does get you a clean place in a great central location for access to everything central Florida has to offer. Great place for medical professionals or people that are in town for business.

Nice quiet house close to freeway access. I stayed for a business trip for 3 weeks and had zero issuesNeighborhood is quiet. There is an occasional train that goes by but not a big deal. Great place that is affordable and convenient

Well to start the location is nothing like it is portrayed to be. Close to railroad tracks out side is not very clean. ( reason for mostly night photos in ad.) Sadly I didn’t stay because once it was iinside it had an off smell like it was all though the house. So my wife and I ended up staying in a hotel in a different town.

Our property is portrayed exactly as it is. It is located over 100 yards away from the train tracks. Never a problem. It can’t even be heard inside the home. The only mess outside are the thousands of oak leaves and pollen falling this time of year. We have one nighttime photo to show exterior lighting. Your exaggerations are absurd. The interior of the home is spotless, clean, and has absolutely no foul odors. We are in no way responsible for the condition of the surrounding properties or your paranoia. Our property description describes our property, not the neighboring properties.

This is a rental property, but not a Vacation rental! The inside is decent and clean. Kitchen is minimally stocked. Exterior of house not maintained to any decent standard. Neither front or rear yard is kept up, not very inviting to sit outside. Neighborhood is a little trashy with junk house directly across the street and abandoned house next door. Simply put, not a 'vacation rental' level of home. Owner very defensive when questioned about this property. I only stayed 1 night and gave up over 1,000.00 in rental fees.

Yes, many short term rentals are not vacation destinations. do not let the generic term "vacation rental" confuse you. Many are just a house to rent for a short stay. nothing more. apparently assumptions were made on your part that do not reflect reality. Our kitchen is more than fully stocked with cookware and enough serving dishes to accommodate the maximum capacity of 4 people. Yes all of the natural plant features of the property are not in their best condition just after the winter period. Plants still recovering from a deep freeze this winter. lots of oak leaves on the ground. oh my... not leaves.... so unmaintained.... I have zero control over what the neighbors do with their properties. How this is relevant to our listing... I don't know. If you rent a home, your landlord does not refund you for the nights you choose to not stay in the home. That was your choice to vacate the property for no legitimate reason.
