If I could give it a "0" I would I don't mind old and out dated but I can't stand dirty/nasty. I am not sure how this place got high marks because it doesn't deserve them. I have pictures carpet had stains all over it, cobwebs in every corner, the doors trim was busted like the place had been broken into and then just left with no repairs, the dishes in the cabinets were disgusting. We were only there the sleep and left as soon as we got up. Gross!!!!

Biggest scam and deception I have ever been associated with. Chalet style-hot tub (need to look up definition) Actually old apt bldg. and whirlpool tub. Fireplace with no firewood, not that i would have started a fire anyway, nasty. No lock on patio door, holes, in rug. Wouldn't even go in bedroom just wanted to get the hell out. call Debra that's when she told me I was suppose to bring my own firewood. and then she text me that there no refunds. Wound up at a nice motel downtown Gatlinburg of course all our food was ruined. Of course I should have been suspicious when thy said no refund but would just like to know where they got all these excellent reviews

It was a great location loved the creek being below me that we could see from balcony and I was able to take my teacup poodle with us for an extra fee. It was the perfect. The host was easy to deal with. The unit is older but it was perfect for what it cost to rent. I would stay again.

We drove to a break off the road where we had an awesome view of the mountains. The waterfall on property was gorgeous.

What a cozy and "Bear'y" cute place for a restful stay! The view out the balcony was serene and peacful, the 2 person jacuzzi tub hit just the spot after the end of a long day exploring the area, and the room was comfortable and clean. All the necessary amenities were available and it was a lovely piece of restful pleasure in the heart of the Smokies. The host was very comunicative and a pleasure to work with.

The place was ok. Had a hard time finding somewhere to stay, but was trying to avoid hotels or apartments which is what this was, minus housekeeping service. The manager was awesome. She kept in contact throughout the process. I wouldnt recommend it due to the price versus amenities.

The condo was pet friendly and close to the National Park. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The host was really great also. Overall a great experience.

The property was amazing, a stream right off the balcony and a waterfall outside the front door. My husband and i loved this property, it was great for 2 guests, we loved all the bear decorations and furniture. Everything was clean. And having a Jacuzzi you dont have to share with others was great. The owner was very nice and helpful and caring. Weve rented alot of different kind of properties, my husband said this is our favorite. The property is 5 minutes from gatlinburg, 20 minutes from pidgeon forge and very close to seiverville. Also 5 minutes from Smokey mountain National Park.

Pros: The sheets were great & the bed is comfortable. The location is convenient. Hostess messages frequently. Cons: The condo is a little dated, the wallpaper & boarder is starting to peel. The hot tub was mediocre, you can’t fill it up because it runs out of hot water (& the knob is messed up). The screen door to balcony is also broken. Also the runner rug coming out of the kitchen area is a tripping hazard. To be completely honest I don’t feel like it was worth the money I paid to stay. But to each their own.

Debra is amazing with communication! We had to check in 2 days earlier than originally planned and she made it happen very easily! The waterfall is beautiful and the sound is so soothing! The condo was comfortable and we slept great on the beds. We saw a bear close by and it’s very easy access to downtown Gatlinburg of the national park!

Perfect for a family of three with a dog!

Our stay was perfect! It was nice to be removed from all the chaos downtown Gatlinburg but close enough to get there within minutes. The location was ideal, enchanting with the water flowing freely below the building and serene. We did get the opportunity to see black bears during our visit, it was incredible! The condo itself was comfortable, the bed was amazing, and we slept like babies. The condo owner accepts pets, which was wonderful. We were disappointed the pool was closed; however, it was early in April and while we did have some warm days, it was cool and rainy during some of our visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to my friends, family and anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay close to all things Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer. Enjoy your stay!
