Nuestra casa está situada en un barrio agradable y tranquilo en NE Mesa a una milla de la 202 Red Mountain Freeway, que le da un acceso rápido a la zona metropolitana de Phoenix. Tiendas, restaurantes y campos de golf se encuentran a una milla.

Usted puede disfrutar de nuestro magnífico paisaje y fauna única del estado sin tener que abandonar este confortable casa, aunque no recomendamos que!

Nuestra casa tiene una planta dividida. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y baño privado con doble lavabo, bañera de hidromasaje / ducha, walk-in closet y TV / DVD privado. Las habitaciones de huéspedes tienen camas tamaño queen y comparten un baño completo. El dormitorio de invitados espalda también tiene una televisión privada.

Nuestra casa tiene un patio amplio y piscina privada (no climatizada), perfecto para salir con la familia y entretenido. Use la parrilla al aire libre y disfrutar de una cena al aire libre en la mesa del patio 6 asiento en el hermoso, soleado AZ clima. O disfrutar de una copa de vino y acurrucarse alrededor de la fogata al aire libre en las noches de frío, invierno.

We felt right at home at this house. Enjoyed the fact that we could use the garage. Everything was clean and it was very easy to communicate with Patty. The pool is not heated but we did use once and found it to be in very good shape. Weather was a bit chilly for the pool use. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! This house is a great set up with lots of room, a great yard with large pool, bbq area, and putting green. My entire family loved the house. 6 adults had lots of space to get ready for a wedding. It is also in a great centralized location 10 minutes to salt river tubing and 20 minutes to Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again. Great host and great house.

Fantastic host

We will never be able to thank our host (Patty) for all she did to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She even had a tub altered and safety bars installed in the bathroom so I would be able to shower without climbing over the edge of a tub. She was readily available for any of our needs, and she and her mom even played Hand & Foot with us. It was great getting to know her.

Fantastic property as described

We have always stayed in Scottsdale while on vacation in Arizona but after seeing this property in Mesa with good reviews we though we would give it a try.We were very pleasantly surprised the property was as described and just what we wanted in every way with lovely rooms and a great pool and outside area.As for our host Patty she was fantastic, always there if we needed anything and even taking time to run us to the airport for a trip we had booked. We would have no hesitation in returning to this property for any future vacations.

Fantastic house - Fantastic host

A most awesome property! Located close to everything, quiet neighborhood, very convenient to the Bush Highway, the BeeLine and the 202. Home is spacious, very clean and well appointed. The pool is absolutely perfect. As far as the host, I do not think there could have been a better host. Very friendly and nice. Felt like family. There was great communication with the host with prompt responses. Our host stopped and picked up packages for us when we were out of town. I rate this location and this host a 100 out of 100.

Location,Location, Location

Great home in an even better location! So many restaurants, wine bars, breakfast hangouts, evening music, grocery store and good sidewalks for morning walk! The home is comfortable with everything we needed and the host even put solar heater on in the evening so we could use the pool when temps got in the 70s! Over the top welcome basket upon arrival and extra bottle of wine to help celebrate my birthday! We ventured out and enjoyed Mesa, Fountain Hills, Surprise, and Scottsdale. This one gets an A+

Amazing property and people!

We stayed for 2 months with our family of 4 and absolutely loved the house! It was perfect for our needs and we were very comfortable. The host was amazing and was always there to help us when we needed something. Our kids loved the pool and the toys that the host graciously provided us with. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, it would be hard to do better!

Best Vacation Rental ever!

Patty’s welcome process and instructions were detailed and flawless. She provided everything you could possibly need and more…right down to shampoo, body wash, dish soap and many more personal necessities. The house is spotless and we notice these things. Bedrooms on separate sides of the house with plenty of storage, offered nice privacy. Outside living at its finest with a lovely pool and deck area, including a barbecue and fire pit. Lots of chairs, pool floaties. Amenities for all ages from children’s booster seats, and other necessities to a walker for the elderly. The large fully stocked kitchen was a cooks dream. Patty was amazing and nearby so always available and helpful with anything that came up. After having stayed in many VRBO rentals, this was hands down our favourite due to the attention to detail to make our stay perfect! We’ve already re-booked for next year!

Wonderful Vacation Home

Is exactly what it felt like - being home! Very clean and comfortable. Pool and patio were wonderful. Owners are fabulous people. Location of rental is very close to shopping, food and gas stations. We look forward to our next visit!

Fantastic VRBO!

Our son graduated from ASU so we spent a week in this home, and it absolutely blew away our expectations. Patty was a wonderful host, thoughtful about every detail, down to cold bottled water in the fridge. She visited a couple of times to check on the pool and brought us freshly-squeezed juice! The space was perfect for our family. Spotless! The pool and outside area was a wonderful place to relax and have fun. Thank you Patty, for a wonderful stay - if we travel back to AZ again we will be sure to re-book with you!

Home away from home

An excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay! Patty was very hospitable and provided a welcome basket and brought toys for our two boys, which they very much enjoyed. Some other thoughts: 1. The pool in the backyard was great - the baja shelf allowed the little ones to wade in and get used to the water, and the pool fence gave us peace of mind while outside. 2. Internet speed was more than adequate for remote work - video conferences and calls ran seamlessly. There's no dedicated office in the house, but that's my problem if I decide to work on vacation. The house had everything we needed and we had a great time. Thank you Patty for a great getaway!

Gorgeous home

This property was gorgeous. Patty had a welcome basket waiting for us. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was great to relax in. I loved the beautiful art work that was hanging on the walls. If we go back to Arizona we will hope we can stay there. The neighbor was very quiet. We have already recommended this property to friends and family. Thanks for the great hospitality Patty.

Graduation trip

We came down for a great nieces graduation. Patty was excellent to communicate with she brought a doll house and toys for the granddaughter and lego’s and cars for the grandson. They keep the property very well-maintained and they provided us with everything we needed. And they even put together a welcome basket with snacks and drinks for our family. We all had a blast and with the fence around the pool it made it so we weren’t scared the kids would get in the pool without us. Thank you for the great memories.

Hospitality at it’s finest!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family. We loved the covered patio and beautiful pool! We had plenty of space and greatly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Patty was the most hospitable VRBO host we’ve ever encountered. She left customized goodies for my family, checked in with us to make sure we were all set, and stopped by to clean the pool a few times. We highly recommend this VRBO!!

Wonderful vacation!

Patty's house was more than expected! Very clean and comfortable, we were sad to leave.. Close to most stores without heavy traffic. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a relaxing 5 weeks and hope to return. Thank you, Patty!

Nice and safe area, close to interstate highways with easy access. Property well kept and cozy

Not a problem at all with staying at this VRBO, was as described and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing stay in Mesa. House was well equipped and is much better than staying in a cramped up hotel!
