This newly renovated home boasts high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace, enhanced by airy ceilings and abundant natural light for an invigorating stay. Blackout shades and curtains on both floors for privacy.

Sleep soundly on a king-sized bed and make use of the cozy living area with plush seating and a queen-sized pull-out sofa sleeper for extra guests. pack 'n play crib is available upon request before reservation.

Guest access
The entire house is yours including bedroom, bathrooms, living area and upstairs deck.

Read the house rules carefully and take them seriously; failure to comply will result in termination of your reservation without a refund.
Other things to note
Free street parking! Please do not park anywhere on the house street. There are free street parking conveniently available on adjacent streets within 10 to 20 yards (2-3 houses) from the front door.

Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are sometimes difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please contact us and/or consider booking an extra day.

Pet Fee - One pet is allowed with an additional $300 payment. Please let me know at the time of booking that you will be bringing a furry friend! Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty.

You acknowledge as the primary guest on the reservation that you are staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.

Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed under some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else, but do not intend to stay yourself. If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

Booking Guest must be over 21 and have a good track record on as guest.

Local guests are permitted to book on an exceptional basis. Anyone looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event is expressly prohibited, and your reservation may be canceled.

Please note that our home is a two-level property with stairs. It may not be suitable for individuals with mobility concerns, except non-mobile infants. Infants who are not yet crawling or pulling up are welcome to stay.
