My wife and I made Charlotte our home in 2017 after sampling life in nearly every corner of the city. We ’ve soaked up the lake life in the northern towns by Lake Norman and enjoyed the suburban charm of South Charlotte near Matthews. But, like a good boomerang, we’ve always found ourselves drawn back to the heart of the action—Uptown. This area is a melting pot of unique neighborhoods like NoDa, Plaza Midwood, South End, Wesley Heights, and Seversville, each offering its own slice of Charlotte’s vibrant culture. When we stumbled upon this duplex in West Charlotte, we knew it was the perfect spot to host guests eager to experience the city’s charm.

Some weekends, you’ll find us biking into the city, grabbing a coffee at our favorite spot, and just soaking in whatever cool events are happening that week. West Charlotte has this amazing vibe—a blend of Charlotte’s past, present, and future. Our friends always rave about how close we are to everything they want to see. We’re head over heels for this home and its proximity to the city, and we think you’ll fall in love with it too.
