Experience a relaxing stay at our centrally-located home, close to downtown Macon, MO. Conveniently situated right off Highway 63, our home is easy to find and perfect for your next getaway.
Enjoy two nearby lakes, Long Branch and Macon Lake, both just a few driving miles away. Our home features a master suite and an additional bedroom with a hall bathroom, ensuring comfort for all guests.
Start your day right with a coffee/tea nook in the dining area, and take advantage of the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. We aim to provide a true "home away from home" experience for you.

Macon, MO, has whistles that go off to let people know starting times. It is a nostalgic tradition that our town still follows for the working people of our community. They can be heard from this home.

Everything was great! Very clean and the house was perfect for the 2 of us. We were in town for a wedding and this was so convenient. We went into town when we had some free time and Macon is adorable! Had a lovely weekend!

We did Unwind on Vine

We were in the area for a family reunion. We decided to try a VRBO for the first time.We were very happy with this choice. We had extra time with family, we played some games and sat in comfortable seating.The beds were comfortable.They had everything we needed for our stay.We would absolutely choose to stay here again if available.

We were very happy with our stay at your charming home while visiting friends in Macon on our way to Louisiana. It was very comfortable and suited our needs very well. Our stay was brief, however during our 10-day trip, your beds were the most comfortable, and the sheets more luxurious than either of the 2 of the major "H" brand hotels we stayed at. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Unwind on Vine. The location was quieter than I anticipated. West Winery and Ben Franklin store a short walk down the street. Didn’t go to the Mexican restaurant downtown but family living there gave it thumbs up. Thank you!

Simple House In Macon

We enjoyed our stay at Unwind on Vine during a weekend trip to the area. The simple essentials we needed were readily available in this clean home. The booking process was easy and the hosts were very helpful and communicative which was greatly appreciated. We will likely stay again when we return to the area in the future.

Perfect little cozy home

The home was so well done the hosts provided everything for such a comfortable stay. The home reminded me of going to mom or grandma‘s house. The decor was cute cute cute and absolutely. Everything was provided for an amazing stay. I hope to stay again next year I have family in the area and I went to Macon high school and graduated from there in 1970.

Grad weekend

The house was quaint. A suggestion I have is that that house could use some fresh air. It was musty smelling. Nothing that opening the windows wouldn’t fix. Cute place with plenty of space.

Clean, good location, responsive host, would return

The beds were comfy, place was clean, location was just what we needed. Our son goes to TSU and we stayed here for family weekend. I asked a couple of questions to Mark and he answered very quickly and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. (On a side note, the listing mentions local horn in the morning and evening, however, this was not an issue for us. Barely heard it but was glad to know in advance of it. This would not deter us from staying again!)

House was very easy to locate. It was in the middle of town and close to many places to eat. House has a very good view of the sunrise. Since it snowed during our stay, we very much appreciated the use of the garage. House was decorated for the holiday which was very thoughtful and nice.
