Just 1 minute from Camelback Ski Area, Bear Peak is a cozy 4BR winter retreat with snowy views, a sunroom hot tub, and game room with pool table, Pac-Man, bar, and Smart TV. Enjoy fireside moments, wraparound deck views, and the master suite with Peloton and private bath. With central heat, fast Wi-Fi, and stylish mountain design, it’s the perfect base for ski trips, romantic escapes, and snow-filled memories in the Poconos.
Rules and Regulations: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info. The guest maximum is 10 people, including visitors, infants, and children. Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking Lot. 5 cars max.

Wake up to breathtaking 180° snowy views of Camelback Mountain from the rustic log chairs on our wraparound deck. Whether you’re sipping hot coffee as the mountain glows at sunrise, watching fresh snow fall in peaceful silence, or stargazing on crisp winter nights, it’s the perfect place to unwind, breathe in the cold mountain air, and soak in the magic of winter in the Poconos.
Indoor Spaces
This 2,907 sq. ft. contemporary retreat combines comfort and style for an elevated mountain escape. The main living room is a true centerpiece, with a stunning wood-burning fireplace, panoramic Camelback views, and a 50” Smart TV. The open dining area seats 10 and flows seamlessly into a sleek, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry — ideal for cooking and gathering together.
Bedrooms
All four bedrooms are located upstairs:
Master Suite: King bed, private bath, work desk with monitor, propane fireplace, Peloton bike, lounge seating, and unbeatable mountain views.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Bedroom 4: Two bunk beds (full bottom, twin top) plus a Smart TV.
Sunroom & Hot Tub
Bold colors and cozy seating make the screened-in sunroom our favorite hangout. Here you’ll find the hot tub — perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails.
Game Room
The lower-level game room is designed for fun and relaxation with:

Pac-Man arcade
Full bar with marble countertop & stocked drinkware
Smart TV, couch, and chairs
Dartboard
Propane fireplace

We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.
Note: This home has a sloped driveway.
Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
