The manger was very responsive. The condo has AMAZING views! We stayed a whole month and had to purchase the following items:- Mattress toppers for both king beds. The beds were so hard our hips hurt each morning.- Frying pan- the ones provided the coating was flaking off.- Hand towels for the kitchen. There were only a couple towels and they were cheap ones.-Comforter for both beds- the ones that were there were very thin and scratchy. - Knife set. The ones provided were very poor and would not work.-Bath towels. The ones provided were very cheap. They were very small, and very scratchy. - Rugs for the bedrooms and both bathrooms. There were none provided.If you were only staying a week, these things would not be a big deal. But if staying longer, you may want to bring these items. The location was great! The views were great! The area was safe and quiet for the time of the year we were there. Also, there was min. rugs. There was one small rug near the dining room that had a huge stain on it and very dirty. There was a large area in the spare bedroom that had a hole in the drywall. The trim on the condo was quite beat up as well. The condo was not very clean. The day we got there I spilled my water, and grabbed a towel real quick to mop, and the towel was dirty! At the end of each day our socks were black.BUT, if you are looking for a great view, great area, and a great getaway, and you bring a few things with you. This is definitely the place for you!
