Este condominio de dos dormitorios tiene un rey cama en el maestro, junto con cuarto de baño completo, segundo dormitorio ofrece dos reinas, y la sala de estar hay un sofá cama.

El dunas de Carolina se encuentra en la sección prestigiosa Milla de Oro de Myrtle Beach, conocida por estar situado el centro de todas las atracciones en Myrtle Beach, tiendas, restaurantes, entretenimiento, a poca distancia de los dos restaurantes y un bar de Starbucks! We had a great stay ay Carolina Dunes! We were alerted to some ongoing repair work at the site that made it necessary for us to change rooms. This was all handled quickly in advance of our stay by the property management team. The room was impeccably clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The view and beach access were wonderful and everything you could want for a beach vacation. The front bedroom can get a bit warm from all that sunshine, but keeping the curtain shut for those morning hours greatly helped in reducing the rooms temperature. The location of the property to close to many great restaurants - Crave Italian Oven, Blueberry Grill, and Croissants Bistro were just a few of the standouts. There is also mini golf in the area and the outlets were only a short 15 minute drive. It you are looking for a relaxing place to stay for your next (or first) Myrtle Beach vacation - look no further than Carolina Dunes!

We had a very lovely time at this condo. The views were gorgeous. They had a nice little pool area and it was a short walk to the beach. The restrooms near the pool area were clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet in the evening. The property looked exactly like the pictures online. Although we received many communication letters from the owners, we had communication issues both times we needed to contact them for assistance. When we did speak to a staff member, she was very pleasant and tried to be helpful. The only thing we really didn’t care for were the number of warnings to charge us for damages and a multitude of other possible offense in the communication emails. There was even a list of fines you were going to receive for breaking some of the other rules posted near the elevators. It made us nervous and uncomfortable to use anything because it sounded like if anything broke during normal usage they planned on charging us for it. The departure instructions included, threatening to charge us damages for ”excessive cleaning”.

The condo was Okay to Good. But alot of things were missing. Zero Soap was provided in all Bathrooms during the stay. Zero Trash bags. The only trash bag was the one we found in the trash can.Horrible generic communication. We requested a late checkout and all they kept responding by is “we notified the team and we will let you know shortly. Thank you for your patience”. Don’t expect to have an early check in or late check out at this place. A computer lady will keep responding with a generic response. Bathroom paint was peeling off and things were old and over used. No coffee pods, no salt & pepper. Zero stuff. View was good. Thats all!

The Perfect Setting For A Delightful Vacation

We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for 15 years. We liked the location of Carolina Sands and it’s proximity to the beach. The condo was everything it was advised to be. We would consider another visit to Carolina Sands!

Liked the simple decor, the spacious living room and bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen was appreciated. Owner was responsive to our concerns and gave very good instructions. Enjoyed the view of the beach and the comfortable porch.

Everything was perfect. From checking in to checking out. Pictures in the review were exactly as shown. Th kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Beautiful view. Rooms well decorated. The bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

The condo itself was nice but there was a huge lack of communication from the host. We never got an email with check-in instructions. When I called, they said I would receive a text at 4 PM the day of check-in letting me know that the room is ready and what the code was for the door. We never got a text. Got there at 11 o’clock at night signs all over the parking lot saying you need a parking pass was never given a parking pass though. Turns out it was in the room, but I had no way of knowing that. Also was never informed that the hot tub was going to be an out of commission due to construction. We were told about a week and a half before our trip that our balcony would not be used though because of construction, but it was too late to switch accommodations. The room was also only supplied with very minimal things such as dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towel. There was one packet of dishwasher soap till last an entire week and one kitchen trash bag. We are also promised a 20% refund as the majority of the amenities of the condo or unusable and we’ve been home almost a week now and can’t get the host to respond.
