Cozy RV Minutes from Texas State, San Marcos - Country Living
Your home away from home in San Marcos with a 1 bedroom private stationary recreational vehicle. This excellent brand new recreational vehicle offers a pleasant stay for midterm or longterm (60 Night Minimum) guests. The cozy bedroom features a queen bed, with a television ensuring a restful night's sleep. You'll find all the essentials you need, including an iron, AC, hair dryer, and cordless WiFi. Whether you're exploring the city or simply relaxing, our place is the perfect base for your adventures. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
Located near the hustle and bustle of San Marcos, however far enough to able to enjoy a slice of country quiet. Just 4 miles (7 minutes) to the college stadium, convenient access to the Outlet Malls and the beautiful San Marcos River. Approximately 37 minutes to Austin, 30 minutes to New Braunfels, Gruene, Wimberley, Canyon Lake, and Dripping Springs.
Glamping in a 21' Travel Trailer
The living area includes a mini kitchen with appliances such as a microwave, sink, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and coffeemaker. (please note: Stove and Oven are only usable for longterm - over 6 month - stays only).
The sleeping area includes a queen-size short bed and a bottom bunk. From the queen bed you can enjoy a flat screen TV with some antenna local channels and ROKU TV choices. Starter pack set of sheets and towels provided only. Due to the nature of the midterm/longterm length of time, the guest would be required to wash or replace any linen past the starter pack.
Suite includes one full bathroom with a walk-in shower (please note: no tub).
Outside the glamping Travel Trailer, is a cozy private courtyard featuring a full entertainment gazebo with solar lighting, an area for grilling (starter propane provided, guest responsible for replacements), an outdoor eating table, a fire pit (ONLY when we are not in a burn ban. Will be removed if in a burn ban for Hays County Texas), ambiance, rocking chairs under the stars, enough room for yard games, and so much more! Fire pit will include a starter pack for wood. (Note: This courtyard does have a shared fence with another rental area. Although you would not share this area with another rental, sound may travel.)
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 3pm (doors will be locked until check-in time unless a pre approved early check-in has been given) and Check-out is at Noon. Midterm or longterm tenant/lease agreement required at booking.
Please be cautious when driving to and from the unit. Due to being in the country we have an abundance of deer, critters, and natural wildlife that are very active.
COURTYARD: The courtyard area is outdoors that is fenced in. Our property is across the street from over a 1000 acres. This allows our area to enjoy some much appreciated quiet and wildlife. We ask that if you eat or grill outside, when you discard your food and items in the garbage, you close the garbage lid down tight. Wildlife gets hungry too!!
BOOKING: We do not allow third party bookings. Therefore, the person making the reservation must be staying on the property as they are taking responsibility for the stay. Host reserves the right to require an established traveler account with positive reviews.
Photo ID may be required at check-in. (Rental agreement required for reservations)
The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins, paper towels and baby wipes in trash containers. Our sensitive pipes are on a strict diet of toilet paper and will throw up any other items.
No smoking allowed inside. A cleaning fee of up to $500 to remove odors and stains may be applied if evidence of smoking inside is found.
Pets are not allowed. Due to future travelers allergies, violations could result in a $500 cleaning fee for additional deep cleaning needs.
WEATHER / ACTS OF GOD: Host is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of god or nature that happen during the travelers stay.
CAPACITY: To ensure all are comfortable, our Maximum Traveler Capacity is 2.
PARKING: Room for ONLY two vehicles at the uncovered Guest Parking marked spots. (Marked with Guest Parking signs) (due to other rentals on the property, we must be strict to two parking spots due to the need of spots for the other units.) We appreciate the understanding.
AMENITIES: Free WIFI, fans, hair dryer, bed linens, towels, and much more.
NOISE: Due to being courteous to our neighbors, we do ask that loud music be turned down after 10pm. Parties and events are not permitted.
SAFETY: COVID-19: Please rest assured we are being proactive and taking necessary precautions in light of COVID-19 in implementing an extra thorough deep cleaning between each and every stay. One 24 Hour Outdoor Video/Audio monitoring camera is installed in the courtyard area. This camera faces the front area of the courtyard, including the courtyard front doors. Owners live onsite.
Due to circumstances that may be out of the travelers hands, we highly suggest purchasing travel insurance prior to your stay. Traveler acknowledged and agreed that they are responsible for the safety of themselves, their guests, and their children with respect to the premises.
By requesting a booking at our location, you have accepted responsibility and acknowledgement to abide by the property rules.
Violation of any house rules may result in immediate removal without any reservation reimbursement.
