¡Disfruta de increíbles vistas al océano desde esta hermosamente renovada villa en el tercer piso! ¡Este condominio de tres dormitorios y tres baños es fresco, abierto y espacioso! Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con mucho espacio de almacenamiento, un comedor con capacidad para cuatro y una sala de estar con mobiliario confortable (nuevo en Spring '15), un televisor de pantalla plana y acceso directo al balcón privado con vista al océano . El condominio ofrece dos habitaciones para huéspedes, una con una cama queen y otra con dos camas gemelas, cada una con un baño completo separado que se comparte con la sala. El maestro ofrece una cama king, una sala de estar con un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared, un baño privado completo con ducha y bañera de jard��n, y acceso directo al balcón. Acceso al ascensor Wifi. Ropa de cama No Fumar. Sin mascotas.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location in downtown IOP - the view of the ocean and beach from the third floor balcony was incredible - condo was well maintained and well stocked - we were able to walk to many of the restaurants/bars from our condo - our property manager was great - she coordinated and helped move our belongings in since we were staying for a month and the elevator was not operational when we moved in - she also followed up with the property manager for ocean blvd condos as to when the elevator would be operational again and gave us a date and on that date the elevator was working again -this was the only downside to our trip walking up and down quite a few steps every day for 3 weeks

Reviewer Comments: This beautiful 3rd floor condo had a spectacular view,but no notice was given that the elevator was not working and no compensation was offered. Also every morning at 8:30AM we were awakened by the the loud machinery noise as they worked on replacing the elevator and wouldn't stop until 9:30 AM. We thought there was a noise ordinance that would have prohibited the work from starting that early. With a working elevator and quiet mornings, a stay there would be 5 star. Our time there was not ideal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck and watching the waves! The only negative thing was the elevator was very smelly, no ventilation, in need of repairs. I used the three flights of stars because I am immunocompromised and believe me it was hard for me with asthma but chalked it up to good exercise. Sadly my daughter left all her bathing suits and my granddaughters in the condo. They have not been found.

Great Location

Location is great, unit was perfect for our group. You do have to stop at another location to get check in information. The only complaint is the elevator on the property does not always work. That was very frustrating when we had lots to carry from the beach, groceries, or luggage. The unit is on the 3rd floor. I would definitely book the unit again, even with the elevator issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was wonderful. Everything was nice and clean. The view was breathtaking. The only complaints we had were. The shower coming back from the beach wasn't working to rinse the sand off ourselves. They finally got it working the day before we left. The furniture was fine except the big couch in living area was very hard for older people to get out of because you sank way down into it. Other than that, it was great. Would stay there again!

Condo as described and pictured. Wife said very clean which is something for her to say. Great location. Walk too many eats. Grocery store very short drive or nice wslk if your not bring back many items. We will stay here again for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is nice and the view is super of beach. The sun rises/sets were beautiful to watch! The ease of parking, beach access and places to walk to eat/shop was perfect for us. The bedrooms are decorated simply and have good closets w/hangers, lots of blankets/pillows and bathroom access to each. Largest bedroom has patio access/great views/ very comfortable space. The Queen bed/bath has area that paint is off door to hallway. The towels are on the small side for us over 5’’9 Folks. However, there were enough in bathrooms. Kitchen we did not really use, had everything you would need. The condo was dusty,floors not exactly spotless. The couch is low to floor, comfortable to sit but alittle hard to get out of. We had never rented a condo before. The Island Realty folks were extremely nice about answering our questions. All in all we will rent unit again because of condo’s bedroom /bath layout, beach view/access and parking. FYI, the elevator makes some crazy noise, but it worked when we used it!
