The Grove Studio, Manchester Ave:Near Forest Park
Centrally located and spacious 2nd floor apartment with private off-street parking. Newly renovated apartment within walking distance to the entertainment district. Includes Keurig coffee maker and all the basics you will need. Stackable washer/dryer. Bedroom has queen bed with high thread count linens and lots of natural light. A walk-in closet/work space. Living room is warm & inviting with Roku TV. Enjoy all that St. Louis has to offer!
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Its about 15 steps up from the back of the property. Vinyl plank floors throughout the apartment. This unit is 475 square feet studio apartment suite. It has brand-new queen bed, desk, couch, chair, ceiling fan, walk in closet, walk in shower, 43 inch smart tv. The wifi ranges from 800-1000 mbps. If there is any questions or problems you just tell me and I will try to fix it.
Guest access
Metrolink stop, bus stops, are close and easy to find in the neighborhood. But most of the attractions are within walking distance. Also Uber or Lfyt is very convenient. Parking tips- You can park on the street for free, but read the signs for the two or three mornings per month when they do street cleaning. Parking is usually reasonable during the day, but around 4:30 the spots fill up fast as people get off work. Therefore, we do have limited spots available for a $5 reservation. There is limited parking, so request early due to limited availability. If you decide to reserve a parking spot, please be sure to park behind the other cars. Let us know and I’ll send you a request for the total amount. The back parking lot is accessed only through the alley in between Manchester and Swan.

This is a newly renovated building in the entertainment district. Please treat my home as if its yours own
***Please do not inquire about staying if your plans involve the following activities as they are not allowed on the property:
1. Guests that are not included in your count.

3. Smoking on the premises (this includes the front and back yard)
Violations of the above activities are taken seriously and will result in immediate removal from the property and loss of paid fees as well as fines for violating house rules.
