Fully renovated 3100 square feet home, this 5 bedroom 3 bath home has plenty of space for everyone. You can enjoy the large shaded backyard, entertain on the large covered Patio, Play on the beach, Swim, take out one of the 6 complimentary kayaks, play a game of ping pong, and lots of other fun activates to create the perfect memories with your friends and family. MAXIMUM 18 guests and 5 parked cars at all time - Please email me for any exceptions.

For the past 30 years, we grew up in Austin and raised our 3 beautiful children. We have been coming to Kingsland for the past 15 years and finally decided it was time to have a place for our kids to make Lake Memories. Only a short 1 hr trip from Austin, our kids have grown up fishing, boating, kayaking, and making great memories in Kingsland. We have fantastic neighbors and have made long lasting friends in the area. We want to share this with your family and we treat our guests like family.

There are amazing places throughout the area but our large pecan trees, beach, lake and fully shaded Patio allows your family to relax when they are not in the water.
