This very open house layout in a nice neighborhood is just 10 Minutes from 5 different hospitals and the Master's Golf Tournament. It is also perfect for people needing to stay a month or more, & people needing "no steps" into the house and in the house. The living area & kitchen area space (the "entertainment" area) is one large open space filled with bright colorful modern impressionist pictures of nature. The abundance of natural light flows seamlessly throughout the open-floor plan areas. . . . .

Our home comfortably features 4 bedrooms and 4 permanent beds, with flexible options to accommodate up to 11 guests with the addition of 3 beds. . . . .

Each bedroom has a bed (Primary bedrooms is Queen bed, and all other bedrooms are full beds). . . . . Need extra sleeping space? We offer three premium, 18-inch thick "real-feel" inflatable twin beds that can be added (one in a bedroom, and two located out-of-the-way behind the couch in the living room. (for a total of 7 beds). For friends visiting the Augusta Masters for the week, these beds will hold up to 11 people
.. . . When making a reservation, let the landlord know that you want to use one or more of the single airbeds. There is an additional fee for the setup/ takedown and a $5/day per-bed charge. See the house rules for more details.

Family trip to Augusta

This property was the perfect VRBO for our family trip to Augusta to welcome our first Grandbaby! The location was awesome! Close to the mall, shops, and restaurants! It was very clean, and newly remodeled!

Quiet and cozy home

Great house!

First review for the property. This house seems almost brand new. Very clean and tastefully appointed. Had everything we needed and in a very convenient location to Augusta and restaurants. Had a question and Jay got back to me immediately. Great rental!

Weekend Family Getaway

We had a comfortable stay at Jay’s place. The house was very clean, and Jay was a responsive and helpful host, quickly answering any questions we had. The location is close to restaurants and stores, which was convenient, though the neighborhood itself isn't the most ideal.The house had everything we needed, and the Wi-Fi and AC worked perfectly. One of the bedrooms had an air mattress, which worked out since one of my daughters couldn't make the trip last minute—but that might have been tricky otherwise.A few small things could improve the stay: rugs in the bathrooms would be nice for added comfort, and both the front and back yards could use some TLC and greenery to make the space more inviting. Also, early check-in was not an option.Overall, it's a clean, newly renovated and functional home with a great host, and with a few updates, it could be even better.

Thank you for your stay. If you decide to stay again while visiting your family again: There are some towels for the bathroom in the Hall towel closet that are to be used for the bathroom floors. I do try to allow early check-in, as long the cleaner has finished cleaning. Sorry, the cleaner did not finish until 3:45pm on your check-in day. I will try to add flowers. In the backyard are a 1) fig tree, 2) pear tree, and 3) a very large muscadine grape vine. If you come back when they are ripe, you are welcome to eat some of the fruit. The VRBO description of the 4th bedroom says "The bed is an 18 inch thick air mattress with a headboard. It is just as comfortable as the other mattresses for sleeping. This bedroom has a desk in so when the bed in this 4th bedroom is not being used, this room is an office." The 4th bedroom is an air mattress in case a tenant staying several months wants to use the 4th bedroom as an office or for storage (without the bed). The air mattress is just as comfortable as a normal bed!

House was nice and clean, good living room space. Obviously I’m aware of the cost of housing this week in Augusta but the cost versus other VRBOs I’ve stayed at with similar price points was not as “luxurious” if you will. Perfect for what was needed but hard to swallow nearly 2k/night.

Most people in the subdivision are long-term residents (10+ years). I like the area because there is lots of restaurants in the area as well as shopping (Sprouts grocery store, Target, Best Buy, ...) One of my favorite restaurants is only 0.5 miles away at the Mall (The Chop House... it has great steaks and a lunch special that can't be beat)
