The Ultimate Fishing Retreat- Comfortable and Convenient!
Whether you're looking to fish, kayak, or simply soak in the views, our home provides the perfect base for your outdoor adventures. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is part of a vertical duplex and is ideal for families or groups eager to explore the stunning beauty of the Ten Thousand Islands. Enjoy a private space complete with a fully stocked kitchen, dedicated office area, and private entry.
*Note: The rental includes the lower unit only, and the owners occupy the upper unit. Each unit has separate entries with no common or shared spaces.
Living Spaces
The living room is designed for comfort with a reclining sectional sofa, loveseat, recliner, and wall mounted flat screen tv. Perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor fun! For a cozy ambiance, use the sliding-style switch for accent lighting located on the wall in the kitchen.
Front Bedroom
This room is furnished with a queen Tempur-Pedic bed. The ensuite offers a newly updated shower configuration. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience. Extra linens and pillows are available as well.
Primary Suite
This spacious room includes a full-sized bunk bed, as well as a queen-sized bed. The ensuite master bath features a walk-in shower. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience. Extra towels, pillows, and additional bed linens are available.
Kitchen
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, featuring a stainless French-door refrigerator, electric stove/oven, and microwave. Coffee lovers will appreciate the standard automatic drip coffee maker and a Keurig, complete with plenty of cups and filters.
You'll find complete dishware, utensils, and essential cookware (pots, pans, and more) for all your cooking needs. There are also baking pans in the stove’s bottom drawer.
A full-sized stacked washer-dryer unit is conveniently located in the kitchen's utility closet; bleach and detergent are available in the pantry next to the refrigerator.
Outdoor Amenities
One of the highlights of our property is the lighted dock, ideal for boating and fishing. With immediate access to Chokoloskee Bay, you can easily explore the breathtaking Ten Thousand Islands. A lighted fish cleaning station on the dock makes it easy to prepare your catch!
The gas grill is located under the front stairs—perfect for a barbecue after a day on the water.
