Recientemente renovado a finales de 2018. Limpio y cómodo moderno condominio de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en el centro de Myrtle Beach. Se encuentra a solo unos pasos del parque de atracciones Family Kingdom, The Boardwalk y Splashes Water Park. No dude en ponerse en contacto con Jennifer al 929-525-0422.

Disfrute de las impresionantes vistas y la brisa del Océano Atlántico en el amplio balcón. Esta suite cuenta con 1 cama extragrande y 2 reinas en las habitaciones privadas, cada una con su propio baño completo; un nuevo sofá de espuma de memoria de tamaño completo en la sala de estar para invitados adicionales, y un Graco Pack 'N Play con Napper para bebés y niños pequeños.

Viene totalmente equipado con una cocina que incluye un refrigerador, cocina encimera, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora y cafetera. Esta hermosa propiedad frente a la playa 2Br / 2Ba frente al mar se encuentra en el centro de la playa de Myrtle, el complejo es de arquitectura ultramoderna y fue diseñado para darle un aspecto y apariencia contemporáneos. Hay piscinas frente al mar y piscinas cubiertas climatizadas con características de cascada, jacuzzis, una gran piscina infantil y una sala de fitness con vista a la calle.

Girls Trip

My daughter, my niece & myself went for a week. Everything was great! Contactless check-in was a plus. The place was very clean. We loved all of it & would definitely recomend. We are looking into when we can come back.

Awesome Location

We stayed a few days before the July 4th crowd arrived. Location was amazing and the view was just what we wanted. You could just about walk to anywhere you’d want to. Even got to see some pre 4th fireworks from the nearby pier! Would stay here again!

Overall its was a nice place the view was awesome the condo was remodeled as shown the floors not as clean as it needs to be and the tub in master bathroom can’t be used the drain was broken But overall a good find will stay here again thanks

Family vacation

Overall good condo in great location. Within walking distance to family kingdom and the boardwalk. Great views and plenty of space for large family. Only complaint is lack of supplies, they only give the bare minimum for soap,trash bags,etc.

Wonderful condo with beautiful views! We had beautiful weekend, beach was perfect. Located right on the ocean and close to everything: Boardwalk and Broadway. The condo was clean, spacious for our group. Really wonderful experience in Myrtle Beach!

Nice place, good location

Property was as described. My only complaints have nothing to do with the actual listing or host and more to do with other people not being decent humans :) I would stay again.

Great condo on the Beach

Very very clean condo. Everything you need is there.Great view ,close to entertainment, on the pier. Beach,good restaurants. This condo is in a great location and a very good manager. Hope that is available when we are ready to go to Myrtle Beach this summer and next winter . 5STAR for sure

Excellent location

Overall, this was a great experience. The location was easy to get to and right on the beach. The pillows were not comfortable and did not have pillowcases that fit the entire pillow and some pillows were dirty. But overall, very happy with this Vrbo. Check-in/check-out was very easy. If we were to make any suggestions, I’d suggest hangers in the closet and a small cooler that guests could take to the beach.

Cheer competition

We came to the beach for a cheer competition for my two girls. Everything was great. The only issue was there was a gas leak in the building and we did not have hot water Saturday night and Sunday.

just what doctor ordered

need to get away for the holidays and have been to Myrtle Beach before in a motorhome. First time in condo.. Ocean front beautiful view only on 8th floor so no fear of hights clean everything you need GREAT PLACE GO STAY we where there for 30 days and are talking about going back

I wanted to clarify that the vents are unlikely to leak moisture unless the balcony doors are left open while the air conditioning is running. Due to the coastal weather, the humidity levels can be quite high, which leads to significant condensation. Please kindly keep the balcony door closed. Jen

Sheets were too small for guests beds and kept coming off. Parking pass was not in unit so had to go to desk across the street to an unfriendly receptionist.

Pools on site were always dirty - cigarettes floating in them daily!

Rooms were smaller than pictures indicate - very tight for more than a couple and did not have sufficient soap / toilet paper for the duration of stay. Host didn’t reply for request how to get additional soap!

We enjoyed our stay!

The owner was extremely helpful and helped fix any issues we had immediately. The pools were heated which made our stay very enjoyable even though it was a little chilly. The indoor pool was pretty cloudy but the outdoor pool looked to be in better condition. Only complaint would be the cleanliness of the room. We found wrappers of all kinds (Capri suns and condoms. *Someone was being safe! Good for you!*)under the beds and in the couch. Made me think the condo wasn’t as deep cleaned as advertised. Overall, we had a great stay. Lots to do in the area. Great location.

Dear Jennifer, we really appreciate your feedback and apologize for the wrappers which left under couch and did not clean out. Cleanliness has been and always on the top of our priority. The cleaning company should do better job! I wish you reported the issue during your stay so we could have an opportunity to correct it. After received your review, I have contacted the cleaning company and setup a follow up plan to correct the issue for future. Pros and Cons

Pros: LOCATION, scenic beauty from living room, overall cleanliness (we did find snack trash under an end table while picking something up off the floor), beautiful heater/fireplace, quiet building for Christmas. Cons: Kitchen has all appliances but if you are going to cook, plan on shopping for EVERYTHING (foil, plastic wrap, spices, cleaning products such as 407, a sponge, etc.). We were provided ONE kitchen towel, dishwashing detergent and a piece of a sponge measuring 1 1/2 in. by 3 in. and about 1/4 of an inch thick, as well as one dishwasher tab. This is our first VRBO stay in over 25 years that had such sparse supplies on hand. Beautiful bathrooms but TERRIBLE OUTDATED shower heads that were useless. The water pressure was good everywhere except the shower. It was practically impossible to rinse off with the water pressure.

Since COVID and followed the resort requirements, edible or any open sealed products which may used for cooking or food relayed has to be removed to reduce the across contamination, which included all kitchen spices.
