Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment and exclusive use of the rooftop deck. Please note this is a 3rd floor walk-up—no elevator. There may be other residents or guests in units below, but your space is completely private.

Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District places you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors, with no chain restaurants in sight! Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, indulge in delicious wings right around the corner at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or enjoy a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch.
Getting Around:
Our apartment is conveniently located in the vibrant Southeast Portland neighborhood, making it easy to explore the city. If you're driving, you can access the property from SE Hawthorne Blvd or SE Division St, both major thoroughfares. Ample street parking is available near the property; please check the signage for any restrictions or time limits.
For those using public transportation, the area is well-served by several bus lines 14 and 15 running nearby. Bus line 14 travels along SE Hawthorne Blvd, connecting you to downtown Portland and the Hawthorne District, while bus line 15 travels along SE Belmont St, providing access to the Lloyd District and the Pearl District.
Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Portland and can drop you off right at the doorstep.
If you just plan on roaming around the city and checking out Portland's diverse neighborhoods, there's really no need for a car. The Hawthorne area is a walker's paradise, with a 92/100 WalkScore® and 98/100 BikeScore®.
