Luxury Villa with Infinity Pool and Ocean Views
Casa la Vista a brand new, luxury villa centrally-located in Mazunte, with spectacular ocean views, private suites, infinity pool, high-speed Starlink internet, fully-functional kitchen/bar area, breezy, open-air patios, tropical hard-wood balconies, and other amenities.
Casa la Vista is a 3 minute walk from the center of town, and 5 minute walk from the beach. It's centrally located, but feels secluded and tranquilo. Everything is built with quality and taste.
THE SPACE
There are 3 private suites upstairs, all individually accesible with private bathrooms and views of the ocean and Punta Cometa from your pillow.
The downstairs is a communal space to be shared by guests amongst the 3 rooms. There is a fully functional kitchen with all new appliances and a double bar with 4 bar stools. Large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, sink, blender, coffee machine, toaster, cutting boards, all pots, pans, plates, utensils, oil, seasoning, etc.
The infinity pool is 7m x 4m with submerged sitting bench and made out of custom-stained azure/green colored, polished cement. There are plenty of hammocks and lounge chairs.
There is also a 6 person dinner table, and sofa/chase lounge combo that seats another 6 people.
Furthermore, there is a communal bathroom downstairs with outdoor shower, only to be used by house guests.
The house is built with an external staircase that allows guests to move between floors without having to enter any part of the house they don't need or want to.
