Just a short Uber ride from the lively Mississippi Street and Alberta areas, you'll find yourself within walking distance of many popular destinations. Enjoy a stroll to the beautiful Alberta Park, known for its majestic Doug Fir trees, or indulge in local foodie favorites like The Waffle Window, Salt & Straw, and McMenamins Kennedy School.

We are approximately 20 minutes (8 miles) from the airport, making it an ideal spot for an early flight or a quick, affordable Uber ride. The Neighborhood:

Location, location, location! There's no better spot to stay in Portland as we are a mere 20 minutes from the airport and just a short jaunt to Alberta & Mississippi! The Alberta neighborhood boasts many hot spots whether that be shops, restaurants, coffee shops or parks! The selection for foodies on Alberta is second to none, my stomach can attest to that. The PNW is full of outdoor activities within an hour drive, so don't be afraid to venture out if wanted! Our quiet cozy neighborhood is also close to private Concordia University for people who may be looking to visit a loved one at the school. There are 2 food cart villages within walking distance as well as public transportation lines literally right up the street if you want to make a quick (25 min) cruise into downtown Portland. Would rather take an Uber? You're looking at about 10-15 minute drive. Within 10-15 minute walk.. (Portland Famous Spots) - Kennedy School McMenamins (Soak tubs available) - "The Worlds Best" ice cream : Salt N Straw - Alberta Park - Pine State Biscuits - Waffle Window - Great Neighborhood Bars - Great local shopping

Our Airbnb is ideally situated for exploring Portland with ease. The neighborhood boasts a high Walk Score, so many of your daily needs and entertainment options are just a short stroll away. Enjoy the convenience of having some of Portland's best restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques within walking distance.



For those looking to venture further, public transportation is readily available. The nearest bus stop is just a couple of blocks away on N Williams Ave, where you can catch the 44, 72, and 6 bus lines. The 44 bus line will take you directly to downtown Portland, perfect for a day of sightseeing or a night out on the town. The 72 bus line runs north-south and is ideal for exploring different neighborhoods along the way, including Alberta and Killingsworth. The 6 bus line also serves downtown and offers a scenic route along the way.



The MAX Light Rail is also accessible, with the Yellow Line station just a short walk from the property, providing a quick and easy connection to the airport, downtown, and beyond. The Yellow Line can take you to popular destinations such as the Moda Center, home of the Portland Trail Blazers, and the Expo Center.
