Imagine stepping into a quaint waterfront cottage nestled along the shore of a tranquil beach. As you enter, a sense of serenity washes over you, accompanied by the soothing sounds of lapping water and gentle breezes.

The interior of the cottage is cozy yet tastefully decorated to reflect its waterfront charm. The living room, adorned with soft, nautical-themed furnishings, invites you to unwind. Large windows dominate one wall, framing panoramic views of the shimmering water outside. Sunlight dances on the surface, creating a mesmerizing play of reflections throughout the day.

Adjacent to the living room is a compact but fully-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and ample countertop space. It's perfect for preparing meals while still enjoying the stunning scenery just beyond the French doors.

The cottage boasts two comfortable bedrooms, each designed with relaxation in mind. The main bedroom offers a plush queen-sized bed. The second bedroom, features a twin bed over a full size bed.

A single, well-appointed bathroom serves both bedrooms, complete with a shower/bathtub. Clean lines and coastal accents enhance the bathroom's ambiance, ensuring a refreshing start or end to your day spent by the water.

Outside, a spacious deck or patio extends the living space into the natural surroundings. Here, you can lounge in comfortable chairs or dine al fresco, soaking in the sights and sounds of the waterfront. A pathway leads down to the water's edge, where you might find a beach area, perfect for swimming, boating, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

The main entrance is at the left of the house.
On the morning of your check in you will receive the combination for the smart lock.
The beach access is right at the edge of your back yard and is shared with another unit.

Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.
